We also have a warehouse in Jersey City, NJ where there are 4 other vintage vendors; by appointment only, for the vintage trade, costumers, and designers. Great small vintage store! There are a lot of amazing finds here! Has a typical vintage store “fitting room” so it’s good to have friends to watch the curtain to make sure no one can see in. I will definitely be coming back
Had an experience with a friend (who is a person of color) in which the owner accused her of stealing. She made this friend empty her pockets and all of her belongings, and—surprise—she was not stealing anything. From talking to others, apparently this racial profiling isn't abnormal for her. ...And, of course, there's the camera in the changing room. I have absolutely loved this store for years, it is one of my favorite vintage stores I've ever been too because you still get the joy of "searching" for your pieces, the prices are fair, and the owner/workers are knowledgeable. It can feel overwhelming at first for some because there are just so many clothes, but I would really recommend anyone to come with a friend or bring your headphones and take your time! I have found so many great pieces over the years and I always recommend Incogneeto to my friends.
Since moving to Jersey this is my favorite Vintage destination! I’ve found designer labels and rare vintage styles at a prices that I can actually afford! This is a treasure chest of finds! There is something cool around every corner. Ive found amazing garments at Incogneeto!! I look forward to each visit!
1. You can barely walk around in this store, there’s no space and the floor is a mess. 2. The old man working there took 5 mins to come to the front (I wasn’t even sure if someone was working at the store) and he was very rude and tried to rush me out of the store when I was asking simple questions about clothing. 3. Barely anything in the store has a price tag Not a good experience.
