Horrible customer service. Owner kept quizzing me and my family on our knowledge of “vintage history”, and would follow us around his shop. Apparently we didn’t know enough about vintage clothing to shop there. Owner said he couldn’t help us cause “we don’t know anything, incredibly indecisive, and have a lack of information”. Owner clearly doesn’t know I’ve sold thousands of vintage pieces, and own multiple vintage stores across the country. Definitely knew what I was talking about. Horrible. Won’t be back.
Great small vintage store! There are a lot of amazing finds here! Has a typical vintage store “fitting room” so it’s good to have friends to watch the curtain to make sure no one can see in. I will definitely be coming back
Had an experience with a friend (who is a person of color) in which the owner accused her of stealing. She made this friend empty her pockets and all of her belongings, and—surprise—she was not stealing anything. From talking to others, apparently this racial profiling isn't abnormal for her. ...And, of course, there's the camera in the changing room. Dusty, smelly, cramped, bad customer service, and the clothing disintegrated in my hands!!!! I've been here about three times total. Never again!!! I was rushed out of the store even after buying from the lady. And! The shirt I bought fell apart the first time I even tried it on!! Horrible. Don't go here. It's like they don't even want to sell anything to you.
Since moving to Jersey this is my favorite Vintage destination! I’ve found designer labels and rare vintage styles at a prices that I can actually afford! This is a treasure chest of finds! There is something cool around every corner. Ive found amazing garments at Incogneeto!! I look forward to each visit!
