Super clean office, minimal wait time, hands down best dental cleaning i’ve had a while. My hygienist was amazing, tho i forget her name and she isn’t on the website, she cleaned me up well, and gave the best advice. Coolest orange glass you to rock. Great job with x-rays and a really cool state of the art 3D scan of the teeth. Humbling, shows the yellow stains. I have never written a negative review. But I feel it’s necessary to post this as a warning. Posted on Yelp as well 🤷♀️ I went in to this office for the first time last week after experiencing some pain and noticing a few cavities in my mouth. They gave me a full exam (X-rays, cleaning, etc.) which was much appreciate and the hygienist that did it was so so sweet - I do wish I remembered her name. This dentist had come highly recommended from a friend so I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as they were negligent and were anything but patient forward. Firstly, when I arrived (15 minutes early as stated on the forms) I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, so I was sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. No apology or updates the whole time. I had an extraction of my upper tooth,that broke off.I was very nervous,believe it or not,it was the best experience I've ever received with an extraction!The Dr.popped it out quickly with ease! The place was extremely clean,all of the staff was very professional and polite.My Dentist(Dr.Steven Gelbart)is definitely a Dentist,I would highly recommend!
I usually don't leave reviews but I felt the need to. I went to this practice last year for a cleaning which was fine. I didn't really love the energy. The dentist seemed more interested in my career than my actual dental health. Fast forward to a year later, I booked two appointments for my husband and I to get exams and cleanings. My husband was taken back within 10 minutes while I waited a good 45 minutes without any updates or explanations.
