I have never written a negative review. But I feel it’s necessary to post this as a warning. Posted on Yelp as well 🤷‍♀️ I went in to this office for the first time last week after experiencing some pain and noticing a few cavities in my mouth. They gave me a full exam (X-rays, cleaning, etc.) which was much appreciate and the hygienist that did it was so so sweet - I do wish I remembered her name. Then one of the doctors came in, already seeming disengaged and barely letting me speak. She did a quick exam, took a few pho... read more

This dentist had come highly recommended from a friend so I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as they were negligent and were anything but patient forward. Firstly, when I arrived (15 minutes early as stated on the forms) I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, so I was sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. No apology or updates the whole time. Then, my entire interaction with the dentist was not even 5 minutes. He told me to smile, didn't even look in my mouth and then billed me for a "... read more

I got a root canal in August 2025. The tooth that I got the root canal done on is painful and I can’t chew anything hard on the rightside of my mouth. I had no pain before this procedure. The dentist(male) was really rough and I felt pressure even with the numbing medicine. When I got my crown back the dentist tied to make it fit even though it feels to tight. It’s causing irritation. Then when I express my issues he told me it’s the tooth in front. It’s manipulative and wrong. I know what tooth is hurting me I can feel it.

I usually don't leave reviews but I felt the need to. I went to this practice last year for a cleaning which was fine. I didn't really love the energy. The dentist seemed more interested in my career than my actual dental health. Fast forward to a year later, I booked two appointments for my husband and I to get exams and cleanings. My husband was taken back within 10 minutes while I waited a good 45 minutes without any updates or explanations. Meanwhile, I can hear the dental receptionists both very loudly complaining about... read more

Best Dentist visit I have ever had. I have seen a total of 5 dentists throughout my lifetime and this visit was the best. The office was extremely transparent and efficient with verifying my insurance and collecting my paperwork prior to my appointment. The office is extremely clean. After my exam/cleaning my mouth was not sensitive at all. There is a reason why appointments are so popular at this practice. My visit was with Dr. Juliana Kim!
