Hello! I have been a patient of Dr Gelbart for 13 years. He has has always a great dentist and a true professional. I was there when day one! when he opened Independence Dental. Every since then I have seen is practice grow with the latest technology. And he has the best staff. I would like really think the front of the office Eddie and Carly for very hard they are doing everyday to make sure you have the appointment to fit your schedule. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t recommend Independence Dental highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The office is clean, the dentist is great and the hygienist I go to is incredible. My teeth have never looked so good! However, transparency around pricing is confusing and makes every visit stressful and anxiety inducing. The last two times I came in for a cleaning there has been unexpected charges. Last time it was $75 additional for an "exam." When I asked what the exam was for I was told it was an "exam." I asked what that meant and the response again was, it's an "exam." I was in need of a new dentist given my move to Philadelphia. I was very pleased to be able to secure an appointment as a new patient within 2 weeks - most times it is months before you can get an appointment. Independence Dental did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Dr. Gelbart. The office staff are very professional and courteous and the office is very clean.
Dr. Gelbart is so great. I suddenly had an infection and needed care in a timely manner. He made it happen and took great care of me. He also is very attentive to my low pain threshold and the anxiety that goes with it and treated me with extra special care that was practically pain free. The modern office is in a great location with a complimentary adjacent parking lot. The staff as well it top notch, skilled, caring, and friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Gelbart!
