Been going here for 2 ish years, great office. The hygienists are great in addition to the dentist. Everyone does their best to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The environment is extremely clean and updated. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist in the Philly area!
Super clean office, minimal wait time, hands down best dental cleaning i’ve had a while. My hygienist was amazing, tho i forget her name and she isn’t on the website, she cleaned me up well, and gave the best advice. Coolest orange glass you to rock. Great job with x-rays and a really cool state of the art 3D scan of the teeth. Humbling, shows the yellow stains. Went for a second opinion after first dentist said I’d gone from never having cavities to three at once. Independence Dental Group took my concerns seriously, new x rays to check for progression and said nothing was wrong. Obviously better news but also he took the time to talk me through the process and gave me confidence in his diagnosis.
Michelle took her time cleaning my teeth, taking photos, and x-rays. She explained in detail where my teeth are, and what preventative measures we can take, down to the percentages of fluoride. Though my interactions with Dr. Gilbert are short (he is load balancing across patients and I believe is there for the more critical cases), I still feel taken care of by the team as a whole. I have never written a negative review. But I feel it’s necessary to post this as a warning. Posted on Yelp as well 🤷♀️ I went in to this office for the first time last week after experiencing some pain and noticing a few cavities in my mouth. They gave me a full exam (X-rays, cleaning, etc.) which was much appreciate and the hygienist that did it was so so sweet - I do wish I remembered her name.
