Love my apartment Coming from las vegas where it's hard to find a 1 bedroom apartment under 1800 that is nice is very difficult. When I arrived at Indian River Shores and was able to get a 2 bedroom for what I paid for in Las Vegas was great. The community is quiet pleasant and it's not noisey at all. The apartment is quiet spacious and I love the design. I highly recommend this complex.
Mold Issues Current resident. Warning to people with allergies or sensitivities, this place is bad news. The apartments were built in the 60s. The mold is killing us. My wife and I moved in March 2024, this is our first apartment. The staff here are kind, but not able to help. These apartments are old, and leaking bad. Even before the hurricane we were dealing with water leaks, and now the whole place constantly smells like mold.
