I've been a member at IMCU for a very long time and have had the most wonderful experiences with this branch! I frequently work with Ben and Anna and coming to the bank has become a part of my weekly/monthly schedule that I really look forward to. They are always kind, patient, and knowledgeable and never fail to brighten my day.
It was a terrible choice that I made to open an account at this Credit Union. The mortgage rate was not any better than other lenders, so I didn't do any transaction with my account. When I wanted to close this account, I was told that a monthly fine was imposed on my account due to no transactions. As a result, my account balance went down to $0!!! That was unheard of. Talking the the clerk at the branch was useless, and his attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. Bottomline: DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE.

I love this credit union, and this branch is particularly friendly. I've been a customer for over ten years, having done three different car loans through them and even shopped around for a mortgage there. The investment products have been unimpressive in my opinion, but they're a credit union and not a brokerage so I can't fault them for that. I don't go to this branch any more because traffic and parking is so inconvenient if you won't be in the Student Center for another reason already, but I would definitely recommend it... read more
Dont bank with these people if you value your time and peace of mind. Cards are very insecure and will get breached constantly. Employees are rude and very incompetent, they will make changes on your account that you have not requested.
