IMCU Carmel is the branch that I use frequently. The staff is very knowledgeable and does everything they can to help their customers. Beth is my favorite teller at the Carmel branch. She knows her stuff, she's very knowledgeable in taking care of my bank needs, and I tell her all the time she needs a raise and needs a bigger position with the credit union because she goes above and beyond to helping her members that stay loyal to this specific branch.
I just want to leave some Kudos for Scott Tabor and Haley Muench. I have a few auto loans through IMCU and have been preaching to my kids that going to the credit union is the best way to buy a car. This past Saturday, I brought my son in to buy his first car. Scott helped us out and we had an excellent experience. I'm already a loyal customer, but thanks to Scott and Haley's customer obsession, IMCU now has two new loyal customers. The Indiana Members Credit Union Carmel Branch has outstanding customer service. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful. My first experience with the Carmel branch was with Beth Wade. She is the reason I'm still a member with IMCU, I was sharing with her about my moving away and where I'm moving there are no IMCU branches. Beth took the time to share with me how I could keep my membership.
