I've had a good experience with multiple accounts at IMCU!
I just opened a new checking account with the IMCU Downtown Indy branch today(4/4/24), and I'm sooo glad that I'm leaving my soon-to-be former credit union and going to be with IMCU. I was actually going to start a new checking account somewhere else today, but they said I'd have to wait a few hours to speak to someone, so I left and walked over to IMCU, and Alia immediately assisted me with everything I needed to know about being an IMCU member, then branch manager Andrea Manns came out to assist us since I was having some ... read more
Brian F has done an amazing job helping me through me account with several complex topics over the past few months. I really appreciate his attention to detail, strong customer service skills and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. I will say that he is a rare employee that is willing to truly devote all his time and energy to customers like myself!
I recently had the privilege of working with Andrea Manns and it was truly awesome! Andrea helped me not only apply for an auto loan but also helped me understand the process! She answered all my questions professionally and never made me feel like I was unintelligent for not knowing certain things. She also helped me get into a vehicle that I truly love! I appreciate her service and I appreciate IMCU even more now.
Very bad experience. I have never had a hard inquiry put on my credit report to open a checking account only to be denied. I have good credit and have never had an issue. It is ridiculous. I will be disputing the inquiry.
