Kaleb was a LIFESAVER!! Not only did he help me get a closing documents after I'd been unable to get the correct information, he even remembered me the next day and asked how the closing went. Kaleb is the SHINING STAR of the Fishers branch, he deserves a raise and a special promotion to fully utilize his amazing member services skill set!!

I had a great experience today at the IMCU! I had to deposit a large amount of bills (the majority were ones) and Debbie counted them all very quickly! I felt very comfortable during the whole experience and I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere!
I took my teenager in to IMCU's Fishers, IN branch to open her first account. We were both impressed with the customer service representative, RIANE CANNON, who had great patience for all our questions and having to wait for us to read every word of every document before signing (a different institution pushed for us to just sign, so we left their bank without opening an account!).
