Posting this anonymously from my throwaway account for privacy. Part of me selfishly hates to leave a good review because I’ve never had a problem getting my dog in at short notice. But in all fairness to the amazing staff, I feel like 4 years is a decent stretch of time to benefit from their amazing service. The doctors at Indooroopilly Veterinary Clinic are there when you need them. My dog needed an urgent appointment and was fitted in without any fuss. Once at her appointment she was cared for wonderfully. Dr Lydia explained the issues clearly and compassionately and answered all my questions. Thank you Indooroopilly Veterinary Clinic.
Primary care seems to be fine, like any vet really, but I would highly advise DO NOT RELY on results for tests including for hypothyroidism from this vet and instead seek testing at a dedicated animal hospital. I was advised by this vet that my cat was presenting hypothyroidism and would require treatment at a recommended dedicated animal hospital only to find out from that same hospital that absolutely NOTHING is wrong with my cat and I was stung with a $2,100 bill just to find that out. Can't recommend Dr Cathy Fodor highly enough. She has seen pets in my family for many years, and will now have her see my dog Summer. Did a thorough investigation leagues above and beyond the level of veterinary care Summer had previously received elsewhere. Wonderful person.
I am genuinely so thankful for everyone here. My cavalier has had dental here and received exceptional service and ongoing ad hoc care has been above and beyond! The flexibility they have offered along with assurances and just general awesome care has been amazing
