Service was quick and easy. Justin was really helpful the whole time. He listens to my concern about my car and asks follow up questions and tests my car to make sure there was no issue. Appreciate the good service here!
Zero stars if I could. Took my car in, would be told I would get a call one day and nothing would happen. Then I’d call and was told a new timeline and told I’d be called a certain day then again nothing. I had to be on top of them in order for them to give me updates. My car was with them a whole month and was told they couldn’t find anything issues yet still not working and was charged 2.5k. Steer clear of this dealership. Both their sales department and service,Let’s start by saying their service department is horrible. I Dropped my vehicle off with them and they held it for close to 3 1/2 weeks. The work needing to be done should not have taken more than a week It took like many others are saying multiple phone calls as well as showing up to get the work done that they had told me they would do. Zero stars. Installed a part for me last year it broke under warranty. Was miss led when scheduling appointment that is was a 30-45 minute fix. Then I’m told that the uber ride home is out of range even though I bought the vehicle here. 10/10 would not recommend as giving a customer a ride home is not an option. What?
Josh really looks out for me. He has accommodated last minute oil changes and very specific appointment requests. When they diagnose my car he translates it to plain English and helps me prioritize what I do that day. My 2011 is going strong thanks to the quality service I receive
