I have been bringing my Infiniti QX80 to this dealership for service for many years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I would have given 5 stars, but after my oil change I noticed the service reminder sticker was not placed on the windshield and the maintenance reset was not completed. After I left and noticed these issues, I returned to the dealership, and my service advisor, Anthony, immediately took care of everything. He was professional, courteous, and resolved the situation quickly. Because of Anthony’s excellent customer service, I would return for future maintenance and service.

I've always had great service at infinity, unfortunately on 5/9/26 I brought my QX55 in for service and I didn't receive the quality and attention that I've come to rely on. I asked for a quote on my driver side window that was cracked if it wasn't covered under extended warranty, I had 2 screws missing from last service under the hood, they almost forgot to replace until I reminded them at pick up. I bought a car from this dealership. They sold me an extended warranty at great cost. It was sold to me as bumper to bumper coverage and total peace of mind. When i had a check engine light come on i immediately made an appointment and brought the car in. They are horrible. They lie and will sell and pitch you something and not honor it. Then for services they don’t fix things and try to constantly upsell and and do not explain what they are doing and then charge you for it. I left my car and came back to have to pay 3x what I had been told when I left. Overpriced, and horrible cars! My new car of 1 yr has had more problems than any other car and refuse to helps .
