It was the worst experience of my life. Ron Held my car for over four days and did not have time to look at it until the end of the week at which point he got authorization for things on my car that I did not need and told me that it will cost me $2000 out-of-pocket after the extended warranty payment! In summary, he lied Cheated and tried to steal from me!
Josh really looks out for me. He has accommodated last minute oil changes and very specific appointment requests. When they diagnose my car he translates it to plain English and helps me prioritize what I do that day. My 2011 is going strong thanks to the quality service I receive
This is why I love infiniti on camelback. I needed to get my oil change and the new service manager Ron took care of me. When inspecting my car they found a small leak that could of ended up costing me money in the future and Ron seen that the warranty would cover it. He put me in a rental since they had to hold onto my car for a few days. He provided me with excellent customer service and engaged in conversation instead of just being short and sending me on my way. I don’t know why the parts department has there own line to answer phones, if they never pick up. I tried reaching them for an hr, completely useless I had to go instore myself
If we talk about GOOD customer service, it has a name, JUSTIN TRAN. I want to thank Justin Tran from the service department (service director) for his enormous help and understanding in my case. I'm not going to go into details of what happened. But he got involve into my case and did not rest until a satisfactory result was obtained. I highly recommend speaking to him if help it’s necessary. He is a very kind and understanding person. (hard to find these days)
