They are horrible. They lie and will sell and pitch you something and not honor it. Then for services they don’t fix things and try to constantly upsell and and do not explain what they are doing and then charge you for it. I left my car and came back to have to pay 3x what I had been told when I left. Overpriced, and horrible cars! My new car of 1 yr has had more problems than any other car and refuse to helps . I bought a car from this dealership. They sold me an extended warranty at great cost. It was sold to me as bumper to bumper coverage and total peace of mind. When i had a check engine light come on i immediately made an appointment and brought the car in. When i arrived, after arranging my day gor this appointment, i was told they had nobody to look at the car and to come back next week. Service was quick and easy. Justin was really helpful the whole time. He listens to my concern about my car and asks follow up questions and tests my car to make sure there was no issue. Appreciate the good service here!
Zero stars. Installed a part for me last year it broke under warranty. Was miss led when scheduling appointment that is was a 30-45 minute fix. Then I’m told that the uber ride home is out of range even though I bought the vehicle here. 10/10 would not recommend as giving a customer a ride home is not an option. What?
