I came upon this dental place due to needing an emergency extraction. I got in same day and the service was excellent! I liked them so well that I’ve decided to get the rest of my dental work that I had planned for the future through Infinity Dental. A very nice dental environment…. I would recommend them to anyone! Very pleased!
My hygienist was amazing! I was a little disappointed and displeased with scheduling when I made the appointment I was under the impression I was coming in for fixing my filling and my cleaning all in one. They moved my cleaning appointment up to accommodate me? I’m not really sure. When I got there dr looked at my teeth and said they could fix it and then they were going to do my cleaning. Beautiful office and front staff personnel. My hygienist, Brooke was so welcoming, smart and pleasant. They were short staffed but she kept me informed. Dr. Dave was very kind and knowledgeable and explained his recommendations and a willingness to help me on my health journey. Very pleased and look forward to them helping me get my smile back and most importantly my smile healthy!
First impression. Scheduled for 230pm first time visit. I get there and they got the door locked for a team meeting that states theyll be back at 230pm. Why wouldnt they just have scheduled me for a 2:45pm atleast for me and this other first time visitor next to me both are waiting outside in the cold now and its beyond 2:30pm since I started typing this. I love this dentist office. Everyone is so nice. The work and care of my teeth has been so much better and healthier since I started coming here. And this has nothing to do with the care but their sofa sitting areas are excellent.
