This is my 1st visit. I'm older with Chronic conditions that play havoc on my oral health every year so super self conscious but, they were super nice and made me comfortable. Dr. Dave was very precise and gave me a quick honest and had a quick treatment plan and can get me back in a few months to set it in motion. I've popped around for past few years hoping I stay a while. Thanks for being great from front staff, assistant and Dr. Very efficient thus far. Holding the 5 star till I've had a few visits.
First impression. Scheduled for 230pm first time visit. I get there and they got the door locked for a team meeting that states theyll be back at 230pm. Why wouldnt they just have scheduled me for a 2:45pm atleast for me and this other first time visitor next to me both are waiting outside in the cold now and its beyond 2:30pm since I started typing this. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and chose Infinity Dental Norton Shores to set up an my first cleaning session since. I called on a Friday, they got me in Monday morning, first thing. Front desk was welcoming and kind. The Dental hygienists were great and Dr. Dave was very kind. I had to get a number of fillings and they were able to squeeze me in that same morning. The procedure was quick and painless. Very happy with their service.
Really happy with my visit to Infinity Dental in Norton Shores! Irina and Dr. Dave were both so friendly and professional. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I felt totally taken care of and in good hands.
My hygienist was amazing! I was a little disappointed and displeased with scheduling when I made the appointment I was under the impression I was coming in for fixing my filling and my cleaning all in one. They moved my cleaning appointment up to accommodate me? I’m not really sure. When I got there dr looked at my teeth and said they could fix it and then they were going to do my cleaning.
