This company gets worse by the year. No one answers the phone, returns calls, responds to voicemails or emails. I have several email threads reaching out about fines for weeds that were applied when I didn't have weeds anywhere on my property. I sent photos as proof. I put in fee waiver requests and was promised a response within 24 hrs and its been a week with no resolution. I've called daily for 3 weeks with no answers. I've written Google reviews and the VP left their email and promised a resolution to save face, but also ignored those emails. I have fines added to my HOA account for violations I never had on my property and they just expect me to pay them out of fear of late fees if they ignore our calls and email requests to remove the charges. Anytime there is a problem that they are responsible for they either don't forward the information to the board to get the issue taken care of, or tell the homeowner to contact someone themselves (to pay put of pocket). Despite the fact its a known issue that happens multiple times a year effecting multiple units. The ONLY way to get traction is to contact the president of the company or a HOA lawyer.
Not doing a good job managing the property where I live. They will send out notices if someone files a false complaint about you without even investigating if it's true. Try calling them. If you can get their unhelpful, AI robot to direct you to the right person, you'll be one of the lucky few. If Cornerstone would focus more on customer service and have a proper receptionist, it would make a world of difference.
