No communication on cost of visit before having the visit. The issue was there were conflicting reports from either of the dentist. Required an x-ray and consult, which were done flawlessly. However the issue came when the receptionist said my benefits would not cover this visit and it be a charge of 103. The only reason I was in for this consult was they change my appointment time when I was getting my cavities and the other doctor could not check in. Was not impressed this was no communicated clearly.
Terrible experience. Used to be okay with going to the dentist, now I have anxiety every time I go due to them flushing my dry socket with hydrogen peroxide with no freezing and causing me to lose 2 of my molars. Would hate for this to happen to anyone else so please avoid at all costs.
Everyone at this Dental Clinic is great to deal with. My family and I are very happy to get all our dental needs taken care of at Inglewood Family Dental in Red Deer! Highly recommend!
Dr Soloman is amazing Had all my teeth removed and my tori removed and all in less than a couple of hours.. Been 8 days and I feel amazing
I have Severe Dental anxiety so I went to Dr Solomon at Village mall at The other location he works at For I've sedation. Every tooth he has touch has had to be pulled, root canaled or redone by another dentist. I do brush my teeth and take care of them Now After I started getting the work done on them, so they had no reason to be in as much pain as they were.
