No communication on cost of visit before having the visit. The issue was there were conflicting reports from either of the dentist. Required an x-ray and consult, which were done flawlessly. However the issue came when the receptionist said my benefits would not cover this visit and it be a charge of 103. The only reason I was in for this consult was they change my appointment time when I was getting my cavities and the other doctor could not check in. Was not impressed this was no communicated clearly.
I wanted to say a big thank you to all the amazing on this last visit. Thank you in so many ways. The dentist isn’t necessarily my favourite place to be but genuinely I feel welcome and enjoyed my teeth cleaning today.
Front reception is welcoming and helpful. The office is bright and clean. Teeth cleaning with Crystal H is a very pleasant experience! She’s friendly, thorough, and clearly an expert at her profession!
Terrible experience. Used to be okay with going to the dentist, now I have anxiety every time I go due to them flushing my dry socket with hydrogen peroxide with no freezing and causing me to lose 2 of my molars. Would hate for this to happen to anyone else so please avoid at all costs.
Everyone at this Dental Clinic is great to deal with. My family and I are very happy to get all our dental needs taken care of at Inglewood Family Dental in Red Deer! Highly recommend!
