Installed a pool 1.5 years ago and 2 nd summer opening the pool and my pool liner is wrinkled. Called rep several times to discuss the issue and my wife called him 2 times with no response. The associate at the business quoted me their company policy on warranty without any concerns of what happened. The company said it would be 2 months and 1700 hundred dollars to help resolve the problem. If you plan on investing 50k when installing a pool please do not use this pool company. We would like to explain the issue with the customer's liner. Unfortunately it is possible for pool liners to float up after heavy rains. Each yard will be different, but if the ground becomes too saturated, the liner in the pool can float up. This is in no way a pool construction defect, but rather an act of nature. We state on our website that it is very important to keep the water level in the pool high year round, in order to help hold the liner in place. Stay away from this company! They have no morales. They didn't take the time (a couple of minutes) to check the property lines before digging with their bobcat. I was neighbor of where the pool was being built. They then drove over the lawn, dumped all the steel, equipment, quickcrete, etc on my lawn. I politely asked them to move it as it was on my sprinkler heads. They moved it all with the bobcat instead of by hand and destroyed my lawn. I would strongly recommend against this company. I know several people who have used them, aside from myself, and I’ve not heard of one positive experience. Our liner faded to completely white before we even had the pool two years. Our “pool school” was misguided information. Chemicals and fading were never discussed other than when I asked how long before we should expect to replace the liner, which we were told 7-12 years. I'm so sorry that y'all have experienced liner fading. We do our best to educate customers about how to use their equipment and maintain salt systems in their pool upon completion of the pool build, but because the use of additional chemicals is so specific to each pool due to water source/use/surrounding vegetation it is impossible to give specific advice in that regard. We are highly unsatisfied and honestly wish we had never hired this company. They are trying to do too many pools at once and the customer service is terrible. They dug the pool before we got the clear for construction which made us very uncomfortable, but all because it fit their schedule best. Then we kept being put off for higher paying customers.
