Wonderful people. With no notice they were able to help our dog with a time sensative issue and as a result the issue was far less serious than it could have been. We can't thank you enough Inner South Vet.
They're fantastic, always pleasant and friendly. They take fantasic care of my cats Luna and Rook. Always up to date and regular correspondence t remind me when the check-ups are due. I highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for the best in feline care.
I took my newly adopted Netherland dwarf rabbit here in March this year. I expected to just go in for a quick routine check up + food stock but these guys took the time to explain how to properly care for my new rabbit. They even gave me a very detailed book on rabbit behaviours to which I still find useful today. All of the staff are super friendly and will take the time to help in any way they can. Visiting the local area, was the only vet who stocked Cartrophen arthritis injections. Very pleasant staff, easy to book, sorted insurance claim and Indi just loved the vet. He had nice treats 🐾🐶 Fabulous experience would highly recommend.
Since the pocket pet vet has left, I have only heard bad things, such as roughly handling of guinea pigs and lack of care. Took my guinea pig here late December to get a second opinion on a lump she had. Have not been here since the pocket pet left. When I took the guinea pig out of her cage and was putting the cage on the floor, the guinea pig slipped out of my hand and ran off the side of the table closest to the vet.
