I moved our German Shepherd Boston to Inner South years ago after Dr Ben was recommended to us for more complex dental issues. Dr Ben found the issue straight away, which was an unerupted canine tooth, he engaged with other specialist vets and helped us map out the best course of treatment, despite many other vets not identifying this over many dental cleans and procedures. Wow what a lovely experience! The reception staff were so nice and welcoming not fake like some businesses you visit but genuinely glad to see me and my Mini foxy terrier pup Jigsaw he was coming for his first needles and check up Our vet Bonnie was so nice and comforted myself and Jiggy making sure he was stress free (and me) on his first visit giving him little snacks and she explained everything that he was going through and explained in simple terms what he needed going forward and a cool show bag of goodies for our new ... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with this veterinary clinic when my puppy was desexed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, professional and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The Staff are all very hard working and often under stress because the pets owners are usually not in a good place at the time. The treatment is also often very stressful for both pets and owners. I have always recieved kind attention to both me and Remy Remy and both of his humans definitely appreciate everything you all do to make life a bit better often under terrible times. Thank you
Our two mini dachshund puppies went today for their second vaccination and vet check. Claire on reception was very helpful and prepared an individualised puppy pack for Koko and Milo. Bonnie the vet was great with them and made it a simple experience for them both. I highly recommend Inner South Vets to any pet owner.
