Wonderful people. With no notice they were able to help our dog with a time sensative issue and as a result the issue was far less serious than it could have been. We can't thank you enough Inner South Vet.
My 18-year-old cat had stopped eating and was lethargic. I called at 8am and explained the situation, including that she had been there several times this year and had ongoing health issues, and asked for an emergency appointment; I was told by Claire they were booked out and to try another clinic or I could have an appointment the next day. No compassion was shown and no effort to fit her in, despite their hold information advising that they do this for emergencies. Do better!
Lovely Staff .. very friendly and amazing vets I will never take my dogs anywhere else.. they are so patient with amimals especially with my bluey!! prices are great and not over the top! 💟
I took my newly adopted Netherland dwarf rabbit here in March this year. I expected to just go in for a quick routine check up + food stock but these guys took the time to explain how to properly care for my new rabbit. They even gave me a very detailed book on rabbit behaviours to which I still find useful today. All of the staff are super friendly and will take the time to help in any way they can. Since the pocket pet vet has left, I have only heard bad things, such as roughly handling of guinea pigs and lack of care. Took my guinea pig here late December to get a second opinion on a lump she had. Have not been here since the pocket pet left. When I took the guinea pig out of her cage and was putting the cage on the floor, the guinea pig slipped out of my hand and ran off the side of the table closest to the vet.
