Wayne's a good operator in a sea of disappointment. Got put onto him from a few recommendations on the whirlpool forums. Don't know how to make this trustworthy when everyone expects a review to be spam that's paid for, but check his other reviews and you should get a sense that they are real people. Wayne was called out on for a same day visit and was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. His thorough approach and care was second to none and would not hesitate to recommend him.
