Like some others here, I was disappointed with the level of detail in the report. For $695, Wayne inspected an older property that was clearly in poor condition from the moment you walked in, yet the report offered very little context about how serious the defects actually were. It largely read as a checklist of issues with broad statements, caveats, and repeated referrals to an engineer, without helping us understand the scale or urgency of the problems. Wayne has a lot of experience with old houses found in the inner west of Sydney. He knows which are common problems with old houses versus uncommon problems. Defects divided into major (must be rectified immediately) and minor (can be recitified over time). I bought the building, termite and electrical inspection and it was very convenient to have all three done at once. I highly recommend Wayne

Wayne answered our call on a Sunday which was super helpful. Had the inspection booked in with agent by Monday morning, and then building inspection completed and report sent by 5pm Tuesday. The report itself was helpful and flagged items as appropriate. Thank you Wayne!
