I noticed his attention to detail and decided to use his services for a prospective property. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and his report was very detailed. You won't be disappointed.
Wayne's a good operator in a sea of disappointment. Got put onto him from a few recommendations on the whirlpool forums. Don't know how to make this trustworthy when everyone expects a review to be spam that's paid for, but check his other reviews and you should get a sense that they are real people. I engaged Wayne for inspection of a property that we were interested in. His report was very detailed and identified even the most minor defects which helped us in requesting for these to be rectified before auction. I requested to call him before the auction to discuss the property and he was able to accomodate me on a Saturday. Very honest and professional work. I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone that is looking to do a building inspection.
Wayne was professional, courteous and really knowledgeable. He was great about explaining everything as he went. We had specific concerns about the house and he was able to look at them and provide his expertise. Would engage his services again!
Wayne’s friend rang me and said he wanted to give me $100 gift card and required me to delete this bad review. I have to say no. It’s my right to share my experience here. we are indeed not satisfied with Wayne’s service as we didn't see him any professional skills. We waste $495 and our time, earning money is not easy for us.
