Top customer service and highly recommend Again, I’ve booked in with Ben for a tyre change. Completed before 9:20am, same day. Had my booked in in less than 24 hours. Amazing cost and did a check over my car for me, highlighting any advisories for next time. The garage is amazing for price, speed, professionalism, and customer service. I have now booked my car in for a full service and MOT In October. Ben is a credit to the company.

Great work from a friendly and efficient team I booked an appointment to take my car in to the Lincoln autocentre as my battery kept going flat. I spoke to Benjamin and he got me booked in and confirmed my appointment for the next day. He also confirmed that they could test the battery to check it was the battery at fault before replacing it. Above and beyond Ben went to every length possible to help me out. He arranged to see me at short notice, doing so at his own inconvenience. He was free, open and honest with his advice, and did everything possible to get the parts I needed faster than the timeframe I needed it. Great service.

Wouldn't use anyone else! After having issues with dealership servicing and being ripped off for pricing, Ben at In'N'Out Lincoln was very open and transparent about a 2nd opinion, offering me explanations to the pricing, how he could work out some discount, and explaining why some work wasn't necessarily needed and perhaps they were overdoing it at the dealership. Efficient and effective Had to replace my coil spring at very short notice and happened to break down by In n Out. Ben on the phone was very helpful and communicative, always kept me up to date with what needed doing and always made sure I was happy with what his team were doing. His team worked very efficiently and repaired my car in quick time. Random act of kindness! Again I have been blown away with the service I have received! I dropped my oil cap under my engine bay while in the Morrisons car park. I couldn’t get it out. I spoke to Ben at the in’n’out Lincoln centre and straight away he helped with his team get it. I was not charged and this was done from kindness and good will.
