I went there and i have got my own diagnosis result but they said they need to do it themselves and it's gonna charge £60. I left my car and start walking to work and after 20 minutes they called me and said we can't do it take it to the others mechanic. And i had just wasted my time in them. Not very professional. Won't recommend.
I visited your garage today about a noise from my car and was told the belt was split. Because they were short-staffed, I was advised it was safe to drive to another garage. Shortly after, the car broke down in the middle of the road and I lost my brakes, only managing to stop with the handbrake. This advice put my life and others at serious risk. Don’t trust them with your safety.When I call them they told me it’s not their responsibility absolutely unprofessional.
Always the best service at this location. The manager is so friendly and knowledgable. I recently took my car in to be checked and after looking at it they told me the part should be under warranty so I can get it fixed with the dealer for free - and didn’t charge me for their time looking at it! Exceptional, honest service and I use for all my MOTs and services. Definitely recommend
Every time I use this garage I expect to be charged more but they always surprise me with how good their prices are. They’re friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
MOT done quicker than expected. I forgot to ask before, but checked my tyres for me after it was already completed and parked for collection. Will definitely come back.
