Always the best service at this location. The manager is so friendly and knowledgable. I recently took my car in to be checked and after looking at it they told me the part should be under warranty so I can get it fixed with the dealer for free - and didn’t charge me for their time looking at it! Exceptional, honest service and I use for all my MOTs and services. Definitely recommend
Every time I use this garage I expect to be charged more but they always surprise me with how good their prices are. They’re friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I visited your garage today about a noise from my car and was told the belt was split. Because they were short-staffed, I was advised it was safe to drive to another garage. Shortly after, the car broke down in the middle of the road and I lost my brakes, only managing to stop with the handbrake. This advice put my life and others at serious risk. Don’t trust them with your safety.When I call them they told me it’s not their responsibility absolutely unprofessional.
MOT done quicker than expected. I forgot to ask before, but checked my tyres for me after it was already completed and parked for collection. Will definitely come back.
Best experience I’ve had at a garage, the guy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Halfords tried to rip me off saying my car was unsafe to drive and it would cost hundreds of pounds to fix, go to these guys and they double checked it and said that my car was perfectly healthy and just needed greasing from which they did for free! And now my car sounds normal and I’m no longer having the issues that I once had! Highly recommend and will be going every time to these guys, very very happy.
