Exceptional service yet again from this garage. I work as a doctor and had a tight schedule in between home visits. I contacted Jamie who was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was able to take my car in quickly and have all the work done in good time as they had promised. Jamie kept me updated throughout and rang me to inform me that the work had been completed to my satisfaction I was back on the road within a couple of hours. Excellent service here today for my car's MOT. Easy book in system online. £50. 30 minute wait in a Air-conditioned waiting room with drinks machine (free of charge)seating with tables. Swift check in, polite worker on reception desk. Highly recommend 👍🏼
Very happy with In and out kettering road. Been going there for over 5 years and will continue in the future. Jamie and Simon very helpful and welcoming , they do know how to look after their customers. I feel very safe to go there and take my car for an issues. I recommend them very highly.
Took my car here 2 weeks ago because it was making a constant squeal whilst driving, they called me back after an hour saying they couldnt hear it, no charge. Car still squealing, had already booked an mot and major service for the following week, mentioned the squeal again. Car passed mot with zero advisaries, service printout claimed front brakes 60% worn. Again, I was told they couldnt hear the squeal, car immediately squealed loudly as I exited the car park. Very good centre, great customer service and overall care for the vehicles. I usually get my MOT done here and minor repairs, never had any issues with the guys.
