Great work at team Peterborough Shout out to Vally and Brad who changed my timing belt, service and brakes on Wednesday! Super job. Shout out to Tom the assistant manger who explained everything to me and got the job completed in a day so I wasn’t without a car. Great place.
Air-Con Service After an email promotion I took my 13 year old car to have the air-con serviced as it was never serviced after purchasing the car second hand over two years ago. I am quite happy to say that the air-con is working well and I'm all ready for summer. I paid what was advertised and pleased with the service given, especially the friendly chap at reception.

Very efficient fair, honest and competitive Ben organised my service and Mot even making minor adjustments at no cost to get it through. Both my daughters on my recommendation have used this garage and feel the same as me. This actually cost me a quarter of the price of the Mercedes main dealer using comparative parts and maintaining the manufacturers warranty. Highly recommended.

Full Service? Certainly Not! I’ve used these before generally not bad, however the full service states 52 points! I can say with certainty some of those were not done. No washer fluid added No door hinges greased Makes me wonder what else wasn’t done that has a tick in the box! Real shame you cannot trust anyone to do what they say! Prices are good, but this calls trust into question and honesty. Don’t state 52 points then not do them, especially the obvious ones! Don’t think I’ll use them again!
Dodgy and will try to rip you off! I have already put a complaint in to head office but people need to be aware. I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I took my car in for an MOT and service thinking the price was really good! Got in, gave them the keys no problem. They called me an hour later telling me it had failed because of a snapped coil (this I had my suspicions so I knew that was true) but they also said my emissions were too high.
