MOT & repairs My car failed MOT, with dangerous & major defects. The staff were very reassuring, professional and transparent when giving advice and preparing a quote. There was no pressure to have the work done by them , nor any pressure for unnecessary work. The staff acted with integrity, preparing a reasonable, genuine quote and I did not hesitate to proceed with the repairs. I received regular updates and all works were completed the same day with the final invoice being lower than the quote !!!

Great friendly service My car was making a rattling sound while l was in Reading and had an urgent journey to make - the service l received was fast, friendly and professional, and great value. l will use them again, and recommend.

suspension knock After fitting a new upper shock absorber top mount the knock was still there, between Martin and Mike they stripped it down again and after new front suspension buffer and a stabiliser link the knock was gone, their service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely use the garage all the time for any future repairs when needed.

Dangerously negligent I brought my car in with a known gearbox fault and rear-end rattle. Chose this garage based on Which? recommendation. The new manager offered a free diagnosis, which took a few days—fair enough. But he flagged a petrol smell and even asked me to sign a disclaimer. I left the car longer for a second opinion. They quoted over £1,000 for suspension repairs but didn’t investigate the gearbox or fuel system.
