InnovAge has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my mom enrolled. From the initial consultation to the final paperwork, the staff was always patient and took the time to explain every detail. Their support made a potentially overwhelming process so much easier. My experience so far with Innovage has been great. I have gone through the enrollment process and it has been really easy and I am really excited to get started.
I enjoy, going to book club with my friends and listening to the performers. The food has gotten a lot better recently. The staff are very nice and open to hearing what you what you have to say
InnovAge Pace is a program that provides wrap around care for Seniors. I was not aware of it until my skilled nursing facility administrator suggested it. If you are in Medicaid this can be a helpful program to ensure you receive helpful services. The types of services/support that stand out for me I note below.
