Gabriele was just fantastic - very knowledgable in guiding me through the enrollment process. Everyone I've met at InnovAge has been just wonderful.
Once they put your loved one in a nursing home, the level of care they provide declines even though they are the medical provider. My relative passed because they wouldn't treat her illness correctly, and stopped all her medications because they were preventative. Now she passed away and they haven't reached out to offer condolences or anything
This is my second day here. I got to take a tour today. I am very impressed with the facility and so impressed with the staff. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Everyone has a great positive attitude. The drivers that pick me up and take me home are awesome. They do so much and I sure do appreciate them. I can’t wait to see my Doctor and my case worker.
Innovage is a remarkable company. They pick up seniors from their homes and bring them into their facilities for medical care, dental care, acupuncture treatments and more. Everyone gets at least one large, healthy meal. There's companionship for those that want to visit or a nice quite room to reflect in their own thoughts. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I am impressed by what they do!
