Great place, managers are great, however corporate i feel has no regard for what employees need as far as asking our thoughts about medical insurance, group gatherings etc. I still cannot get a medicine because express script won't fill it after it was already filled. Taking out insurance evey pay check vs not taking it out on the extra week makes it more expensive in the end. Unable to get together for a group event like holiday parties etc. Things that allow us to mingle and get to know each other. Stuff like this is huge.... read more
This is my second day here. I got to take a tour today. I am very impressed with the facility and so impressed with the staff. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Everyone has a great positive attitude. The drivers that pick me up and take me home are awesome. They do so much and I sure do appreciate them. I can’t wait to see my Doctor and my case worker.
Once they put your loved one in a nursing home, the level of care they provide declines even though they are the medical provider. My relative passed because they wouldn't treat her illness correctly, and stopped all her medications because they were preventative. Now she passed away and they haven't reached out to offer condolences or anything
Sarah Ward was super helpful and professional. It has been a pleasure working with her and the InnoVage team. All are friendly and helpful.
Innovage is a remarkable company. They pick up seniors from their homes and bring them into their facilities for medical care, dental care, acupuncture treatments and more. Everyone gets at least one large, healthy meal. There's companionship for those that want to visit or a nice quite room to reflect in their own thoughts. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I am impressed by what they do!
