Innovage is a remarkable company. They pick up seniors from their homes and bring them into their facilities for medical care, dental care, acupuncture treatments and more. Everyone gets at least one large, healthy meal. There's companionship for those that want to visit or a nice quite room to reflect in their own thoughts. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I am impressed by what they do!
I haven't had my 1st appointment yet but I don't think I will like them .
My mother's care team could not have been kinder or more professional. The most difficult part of the system is that the transportation system often requires long waiting periods which is hard on the elderly and disabled.
Center seems very nice for my Mother, and the transportation, Doctors and medical personnel are very understanding concerning the elderly's needs. However, the management in the office area offers misleading information and becomes defensive when additional information or explanation of statements made by their representatives is requested. Be EXTREMELY careful of timelines they provide as they are highly inaccurate. Center Director seems unaware how InnoVage is funded or whom they are charged with servicing. Buyer Beware.
Its a good place for seniors I just wish they had more transportation(buses) or drivers. So they could be more flexible with their times picking up and dropping off when a senior wants to go home.
