Please relay to your Pueblo CO staff. I am concerned about the verbal treatment your clients receive from some of your staff. I have been present for some of these conversations and they are not pleasant. I’ll say this, if I spoke to a client in that way I would be removed. They must realize they are speaking to someone’s parent on the other end of that phone. They must also realize that these individuals are older and some require special assistance. Ever since this organization became "for profit" about 2 years ago, services and overall competency has steadily degenerated. This company has become far more interested in cost control than the well being of its hapless and vulnerable clients. I have been one of their clients during this duration and I recommend you do not sign up yourself or your loved ones.
A little disappointed in the ability to see their clients. They set a 12pm appointment for my 86 year old grandmother. At 1:45pm she had still yet to be seen by the Doctor. Why schedule an appointment if they can't at least make an effort to see their clients in a timely fashion.
Wish I could rate them 0 stars. They are the reason I am losing my stepdad. Total negligence and lack of communicating serious issues found.
On top of things. The folks that work here want to help. They are caring and supportive. Doing great things.
