My mom really didn't like PACE when she started. I think it was more that she didn't like the sudden change. Now that she's been enrolled (6 months now) she sees the many benefits they provide and is happy she is in the program. I too am very happy with the care PACE provides my mom.
Upon walking into the center I noticed how friendly and compassionate the folks who work there are! They seemed to be staffed well and the folks who attend seemed genuinely happy to be there. I believe this is a great answer for people that need this care. Call and take the tour.... you will not be disappointed!
