The bus drivers and a handful of others inside pace do care and are incredibly nice beyond that don’t expect miracles or wonders . To cna’s ignoring elderly with hands raised needing something seen it every time I visit my father to rudeness . The director is never seen no one says nothing nice about him , the food is aweful other staff is rude and careless seems to many job titles not enough workers . Clinic finally getting better nurses but a few of their pa’s are useless and should be replaced with better one’s honestly .... read more
InnovAge is fantastic alternative for the elderly in our are to get the help at home they need, so they can stay at home. Transitioning to an assisted living or long term care facility can be trivial for them and in some cases, their family too. They also offer a great way for people of the same demographic to come together and share time with each other a few days a week with the PACE program. I have been enrolled since March. On a day to day basis the things they do for me not only make my life a lot less stressful but I have been blessed personally by some of the contacts I have made. It is also very rewarding to have staff and members around they know, respect and understand what I go through. Now I have doctors and medical staff to reach out to 24/7, rides to appointments , people to make the appointments , they always deliver my meds to my home and I even have a social worker assigned to help me with all kind... read more
So far am very happy with it and I look forward to getting started!. They have done everything they said they would do. Very happy thus far!
Father is currently in Hospital! Due to dental infection caused by pace allowing their care provider to pull 2 teeth at a time. Now , he needs all teeth pulled still and full Dentures. Hospital willing to pull remaining teeth and PACE care team won't authorize it. Dangerous care here.
