The medical staff with the Dr. Harrison is great. And transportation is great great drivers safe drivers. This is the most unorganized facility I have ever been to. Some of the staff are very helpful, but when it comes to being transferred into a facility for long term care or short term rehab, the process is a nightmare. Paperwork doesn't get signed timely, required tests are not done on time causing delay, response from social worker is very lacking if not obsolete! Stay away if you have other options! This is not recommended for a loved one!
VERY VERY DISORGANIZED!! If i could put zero stars i would, honestly this place could care less about their patients. Maybe if a patient is at home on PACE they may take care of them but if your loved one is in a facility dont count on PACE doing anything. They will let a patient be near death before they do anything no matter how many times you contact them. And dont get me started on medications. Your lucky to get them even or get an order signed. There are no words right now. Heartbroken. Too little, too late for my Mother. Too many issues to get into here. Good people, but understaffed, disorganized, people who should have provided assistance in the beginning just did not hear what I was saying.
