I purchased Innovative Dehumidifier IW25-5 in wall unit to install in my basement. After about 3 weeks it turned off and would not come back on. The customer service representative recommended changing out the Control Board and Display board and offered to ship both to me. After spending more than an hour ensuring I had the boards installed correctly (entailed taking the unit out of the wall as well), it began running. That was the good news.
