I'm a residential contractor and I installed this unit for one of my customers in their basement (new construction). The unit is definitely high quality and well constructed. Attractive and quiet operation. I will use this product in the future anytime a wall-mounted unit will work. Only small complaint is that the manual didn't mention one wiring connection that is necessary for the filter monitor to work properly. Great product and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!! Bought 2 of these for the first time a few weeks ago and my guys installed them in a physical therapy ward. They were a breeze to install!
