I legitimately do not have the words to say enough amazing things about these people. I can’t express how incredible not only the people are, but the service they provide. I called for an appointment (it was an absolute ER, to say the least) and they scheduled me an appointment for the NEXT DAY. Once hearing the severity of the situation further, the receptionist spoke with the doctor, and both were beyond kind enough to work to get me in THAT day. I was recommended this endodontist from a family member, and all I can say is they did not disappoint!! I have so much trauma from prior dentists and endodontists that I was extremely nervous, however Dr Benson did a phenomenal job and kept me so comfortable! He was so personable and amazing at his job. In my past experience, I had to get numbed straight into the infected pulp (which is not fun) but he numbed me up so well that we were able to avoid that. I had a root canal done by Dr. Benson. He and his assistant made the process easy and smooth. No pain and comfortable the whole time. From the front desk to the doctor, there was nothing I could say bad. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of a dental procedure.
I had my first dental procedure yesterday, a root canal. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. The front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even though I was not in the best of moods. Dr. Michael and Maria were the BEST. Both were extremely competent, thoughtful, careful to explain everything I could expect and sensitive to my pain level and fear.
