We love our hot tub! Thank you to Elliott for helping us find the best of the best. We've had many parties and it's the star of the show. Lights, tons of jets, great temp. And for us, easy maintenance and excellent quality overall. Highly recommended

Elliot at Innovation Spas has been amazing. He took his time and answered all my questions. After the hot tub was delivered and setup, I still had questions. Elliot was always available to answer and help me out. Everytime I went into the store everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm happy with my new hot tub and the customer service from Innovation Spas. I highly recommend them.

Being a first time hot tub purchaser there were many unknowns going into the buying process. Elliot was excellent to work with and got me a tub that has been an absolute blast. Elliot has also been exceptional in answering all my questions after the sale. I would highly recommend innovative spas and Elliot.

The technicians made an initial diagnosis that didn’t quite get things right. When I alerted them to the fact they were very responsive in coming out again to determine how to correct It. They only charged us for the time involved in getting the job done correctly. This is the first time I have used innovative spas but they will be the only company I use from now on. They appear to do business the old fashioned way - they put the customer first.

If you sit at home on your couch thinking man my life sucks and I really wish I was happier, go to Innovative Spas and ask for Elliot. He will take you credit card and a couple weeks later you will be sitting in your hot tub... Your life may still suck but you'll be sitting in a hot tub which makes it a little easier to tackle those big challenges ahead.
