5-star customer service rating! I've had my swim spa for about 4 months and love it! I go back to Innovative for all my chemicals and water testing because they offer great customer service. Elliot was great before install, present at install and after! My kids and I are using it almost everyday! I provided small design items to MasterSpas but the product is still 4.6 stars and really enjoyable.
We love our hot tub! Thank you to Elliott for helping us find the best of the best. We've had many parties and it's the star of the show. Lights, tons of jets, great temp. And for us, easy maintenance and excellent quality overall. Highly recommended
The service team at Innovative Spas is top-notch. Carter serviced my spa last year and my pool earlier today; he is an honest, outstanding technician and a great guy. On both occasions, he quickly diagnosed the issues and resolved the problem. He communicates very well, and he ensured I understood his process and the resolution options. I appreciate a tech who goes the extra mile, and Carter does just that.
We first saw SoftTub spas at Springfest in Ocean City, MD a few years ago. We knew that we wanted to buy one, but also needed to do some renovations to our home. So, we kept visiting the Innovative Spas SoftTub booth each Springfest/Sunfest for a couple of years until we were ready. Being a first time hot tub purchaser there were many unknowns going into the buying process. Elliot was excellent to work with and got me a tub that has been an absolute blast. Elliot has also been exceptional in answering all my questions after the sale. I would highly recommend innovative spas and Elliot.
