Elliot at Innovation Spas has been amazing. He took his time and answered all my questions. After the hot tub was delivered and setup, I still had questions. Elliot was always available to answer and help me out. Everytime I went into the store everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm happy with my new hot tub and the customer service from Innovation Spas. I highly recommend them.

I purchased my innovative soft spa approximately five months ago, and I couldn’t Be happier with my purchase! It was easy to set up, and has been effective and efficient in maintaining heat and functioning exceptionally! The tub is easy to maintain and it’s very spacious and comfortable! Every time I get in it, I am grateful that I bless myself with this gift for me, which is not only relaxing, but also therapeutic.

I’m really happy with this hot tub from Inovative Spas. It was easy to set up, heats quickly, and the jets are powerful and relaxing. It truly feels like having a spa at home. A big thank you to the Elliott for being so helpful and making the whole process smooth. Definitely worth the purchase!
