Move in went very smooth. G.P., Courtney, and the rest of the PM team were rockstars in my move-in process. I cannot speak to the pest situation yet so take that with a grain of salt. Otherwise, very nice planned community.

Well planned community. Garden type buildings with breezeways. I have a studio which feels like a one-bedroom. Class A appliances and fixtures. It feels just the right fit. Positive and warm vibes all around, starting with the leasing office team. They go above and beyond to help residents and future residents alike. Kudos to you!!

Management sucks, parking sucks. They never pick up the trash on time. Too much unnecessary towing, not a good place to stay. I've also had bugs in my apartment for over two months! No taking off rent for that, just a "they'll go sway". Smh, horrible place, please do not live here, I'm begging.

I don't normally feel compelled to leave bad reviews, but I don't feel I have a choice. I have been dealing with 20+ millipedes entering my apartment per day and over and above over again I'm being treated as if I'm overreacting. It was like pulling teeth just to get them to recaulk near my door. I'm being told "they will go away eventually don't worry". They don't even follow up with me after I request pest control. I am definitely not please with this community. March 2024, my boyfriend and I have become very agitated with how we have been treated by Innbrooks sq apts. I have been taking care of my boyfriend in the hospital for quite some time now, and working from home at the same time. I lost an aunt and a cousin to cancer, and it seems like this Greystar company and its staff give 0 FUDGE. We have been getting threatening emails about possible evictions without any type remorse.
