I could not have imagined a worse experience. Before the contract was signed, the company made all these promises - fixed price for the patio, knowledgeable landscapers, plant care instructions, etc. After the contract was signed, they told me that their estimate was wrong and that they were going to increase the contract price by several thousands for the same work.
