I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 5-6 years since this practice was previously owned by Dr. Adam’s (Grassland Dental). I was skeptical about new ownership because I loved Dr. Adam’s practice, but my visit was absolutely wonderful! The office staff was super friendly, quick, & efficient. I had Elaina as my dental hygienist, and she was super understanding, informative, and gentle. First visit to Alpharetta Smiles today. Elaina was my hygienist and she was amazing. Very pleasant, took her time, and offered many breaks to make sure I was doing ok. The cleaning experience was one of the best I have ever experienced . And Dr Bishop was very pleasant and explained things in detail in language I could easily understand. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
UPDATE: After being a patient here for over a year, the receptionist informed me last week that Alpharetta Smiles is not in network with my insurance provider (Delta Dental), and that I owed them hundreds of dollars for the two previous visits. When I asked why they didn't tell me this sooner, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, "sorry, I wasn't here then." I paid the amount that I owed, canceled the appointment I was there for, and told her that they had lost a customer for life. On my way out she said that I will ow... read more
I am a new patient at the Alfaretta smiles dental practice and I am very impressed with the services I received today. The receptionist was very personable and when I checked out she was very accommodating in getting my follow up appointment scheduled around my work schedule. Elaina was my dental hygienist and she was outstanding. She constantly communicated what she was about to do and repeatedly asked me if I was OK during my teeth cleaning. I had a crown come off on Tuesday night while eating dinner. So the next morning I was able to contact Alpharetta Smiles after Chloe from the Roswell Office set me up here the same day that I called! Everyone was sooo great. From Sydney to Elaina to Dr. Bishop! I was a little nervous about getting the crown back on but Dr. Bishop was so kind and friendly that she made me pretty much forget I was nervous! From beginning to end it was a 5 star performance!
