This is not a criticism about a doctor it is about the professionalism of the assistant that answers the phone I called for an appointment and booked with one I’d seen for years, but not recently. I had to cancel and when I called to rebook I was told that doctor only sees cancer patients now. I asked if she would ask if he could see me. She said she would and that never happened Unfortunate because this is such a great clinic. It’s so important to train front line people and make sure they are professional.

Dr. Rurak has very attentive and listens her her patient’s. I have been going to IHC for over 3 years now and the advice I’m given has really improved my health.
