After total frustration with a different clinic and doctor I came across IHC and was able to get in the same day for a IUD insertion. Well with the $150 considering the other clinic was giving me the run around and appointments were being booked weeks out. At IHC have an Ultrasound in the room which not only makes the process more efficient but ensures proper placement. Why this isn't standard in other clinics is beyond me. Dr. Stapleton and the office staff were professional, considerate and treated you like a human being.
I saw Dr Hobson last week to discuss NON surgical options regarding my arthritic knees. She presented the options confidently - she really seems to know her stuff ! - and is passionate about getting back my full mobility . (I still want to hike and ski) My only complaint would be that she cannot fit me in for 5 weeks to start the treatment. 🙁 When as a professional you’re “good” you’re going to be busy - so I should have expected that. Doctor Mohamad Ali ND is an excellent physician. I saw him for migraines and he is the first doctor I’ve seen in decades that listened to all of my symptoms and offered help for easing my suffering with this chronic condition. I cannot emphasize enough how important it was to be heard and treated with compassion and empathy. I highly recommend Dr. Ali’s services.
i went for an iron infusion. This is my first time and I guess what I was expecting was an individual room or maybe a room blocked off by some curtains or something but when I walked in, it was a bedroom size space with 6+ chairs in it to host a whole bunch of people and it kind of felt… weird. I felt like a little lab rat. the lighting was very white and bright and loud buzzing. My doctor moved to this clinic about a year or so ago and I have been very pleased with the new clinics operations. The staff is friendly and supportive. I like the ability to book online as well as the option of in office or over the phone appointment. It also provides other doctors should mine not be available. All in all very happy.
