Dr. Jess Hobson is the best--friendly, a great listener, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so helpful! I saw Dr Hobson last week to discuss NON surgical options regarding my arthritic knees. She presented the options confidently - she really seems to know her stuff ! - and is passionate about getting back my full mobility . (I still want to hike and ski) My only complaint would be that she cannot fit me in for 5 weeks to start the treatment. 🙁 When as a professional you’re “good” you’re going to be busy - so I should have expected that. My doctor moved to this clinic about a year or so ago and I have been very pleased with the new clinics operations. The staff is friendly and supportive. I like the ability to book online as well as the option of in office or over the phone appointment. It also provides other doctors should mine not be available. All in all very happy.
Poor quality of care by the receptionists in following up with labs tests (happened multiple times) I had to call to ask if my results were in, only afterwards they sent it to me (a week after they received them from the 3rd party lab, should be sent to me right away or a phone call) and I received the other results 10 days after the lab finished it and again it happened, they didn't follow up on a lab test that had got lost in the mail despite me calling them twice during the normal 5 week waiting time - Fort Langley office... read more
Dr. Luke Mountjoy, is an excellent Naturopath, always a good listener and very positive when there is progress being made. He also weighs up the options and listens to the feedback from me as the patient, I always get excellent service from him!!
