I went to get an immune boosting IV and the nurses at the clinic where amazing. Very patient, knowledgeable and responsive. They made me feel more comfortable and I had a lovely experience, I highly recommend this clinic for all of your health supporting needs. Thank you
Made an appointment for two services. Arrived early after a significant drive. Sat in the waiting room for an additional 30minutes after my appointment time. Nothing said by the check-in ladies that the doctor was running late. I got into my appointment. Doctor said I only booked for one service (greatly incorrect) Doctor apologized. Dr. Rurak was amazing. I saw her for what I assume are perimenopause caused issues. She was smart, listened to me, empathized and provided me a plan that suited my needs. Her goal was to be flexible with suggestions that worked for me.
I saw Dr. Karen Parmar and the entire experience was very comfortable and easy from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful at both locations.
I went to this clinic for my first time a few weeks ago for bloodwork and had a very good experience. The staff were very kind and professional. And I appreciated the ample, free parking. I look forward to dealing with this IHC location again.
