What a breath of fresh air. Came here after I was unable to find what I needed in the states (surprise) and from the first phone call, I received nothing but exceptional kindness and service. They are warm, understanding, compassionate, flexible, and ready to help in whatever way they can. It was absolutely worth going through border patrol to come to BC for this clinic. I am fortunate to live within a few hours drive and will be back.

Dr. Kerr is amazing! She is so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and overall just the best. She listens and was able to help me with pain that I had been experiencing for months. In addition, she even did a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing - which I’ve never had a doctor do before. Dr. Kerr really goes above and beyond for her patients. After total frustration with a different clinic and doctor I came across IHC and was able to get in the same day for a IUD insertion. Well with the $150 considering the other clinic was giving me the run around and appointments were being booked weeks out. At IHC have an Ultrasound in the room which not only makes the process more efficient but ensures proper placement. Why this isn't standard in other clinics is beyond me. Dr. Stapleton and the office staff were professional, considerate and treated you like a human being.
If I could give Dr. Godin 1000 stars, I absolutely would. In a healthcare system that can feel extremely overwhelming especially as a young woman who's always had concerns dismissed.
