I took my daughter here as a walk-in at this clinic instead of taking her on post because I knew I could not get in with her regular doctor quickly enough. They are Tricare participants. They were extremely thorough and she got to have all of her test done right there in the room. We didn’t have to go to a separate lab and we had our results before we left. Very nice staff, very professional and helpful.
Bad service, no compassion, and talk down on you ( can be heard through their paper thin walls ) Went in looking for a visit because I had been sick for 5 days, and wanted to make sure I was okay because I was still feeling very dizzy and had cough that seems to be getting worse. Both the medical assistant and the mid level provider(NP Cruz) that “helped” me were two peas in a pod. I went there with a rash all over my body, I saw PA Hannah Hale she didn't even see the rash up close and said, I think is dermatitis prescribed prednisone and told me to see a dermatologist if it doesn't go away, she seemed to be afraid to be close it was ridiculous. I say to anyone if you go there and she is the attending person don't waste your time.
