I stopped by Integrity on Monday because, of course, I wasn’t feeling the greatest. It was my second overall visit to this location and I quickly discovered: it wasn’t a one time thing. I had an excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care last week. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding, and I truly appreciate how thorough and efficient the team was. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of urgent medical care!
All staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They solved my issue quickly and with compassion. I watched the way that they served each incoming patient and was impressed with their care and professionalism. Boom! A great Anna business!
Solid all the way through. I can not recommend this place more. I even drove 45 minutes out of my way to go to them because the level of care is top notch. Every single person there was on point and fantastic! Christina followed up with me twice and made sure I was well. Thank you, Integrity! You all encompass the company name to a tee!!
This was a great experience! I appreciated being able to fill out and upload documents from home before I got there. Upon arrival, there was only one form left to sign, then I was seen within five minutes. The intake staff was efficient and friendly. Then, PA Katina was fantastic! Her examination was thorough and she took the time to listen and explain the course of treatment. Having this kind of resource in a small town is very valuable and I appreciate their care.
