This was a great experience! I appreciated being able to fill out and upload documents from home before I got there. Upon arrival, there was only one form left to sign, then I was seen within five minutes. The intake staff was efficient and friendly. Then, PA Katina was fantastic! Her examination was thorough and she took the time to listen and explain the course of treatment. Having this kind of resource in a small town is very valuable and I appreciate their care.
We are so happy to have integrity UC here in Anna. We have used them multiple times, even though each time we’ve seen a different provider, they have all been exceptional! They listen to and address our concerns and it feels like they really care about the patient and enjoy what they are doing. I appreciate that they are good with children and have all made sure my toddler is comfortable while assessing/swabbing/treating her.
This is THE Urgent Care to take your kids or yourself! Mishel Sedek was the best doctor! She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while evaluating my son that she found a piece of something in my kids ear which apparently had been stuck in his ear from 6 yrs ago when he was little that ALL the other drs missed! She took her time and washed it out with care. She has officially become our Hero! ❤️
I took my son to Integrity Urgent Care yesterday and our experience was AMAZING! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. What truly stood out was the genuine care and passion the nurses and physicians showed - it's clear they love what they do! Refreshing to see such authenticity in today’s society . Highly recommend Integrity Urgent Care to anyone seeking top-notch care!
Fantastic service. The wait was a bit long even with having an appointment but everyone was very kind. The PA I saw was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained every detail to make sure there was nothing missed and that I had all the information needed to get healthy again and recover from the flu :-)
