I had an amazing experience despite how terrible I was feeling. My NP (Katina) and my cna (Jose) were amazing as well as the woman at reception. Everyone was so inviting, friendly, and most importantly they were attentive to my care. If they were primary care, I would go to them for everything. Thank you guys
Great experience, I hurt my toe, they took me back right away, took care of my toe, gave me a coupon for my prescription medicine. Explained thoroughly how to clean and take care of my injury. The entire staff was very nice and comforting. Will definitely come back. I do recommend them.
I stopped by Integrity on Monday because, of course, I wasn’t feeling the greatest. It was my second overall visit to this location and I quickly discovered: it wasn’t a one time thing. I had an excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care last week. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding, and I truly appreciate how thorough and efficient the team was. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of urgent medical care!
My wife and I have both been here this summer. Both times, the staff were warm and inviting, genuinely caring for us in our pain. I came in just before close needing stitches and kept the staff nearly an hour past close, but they never treated me differently. And they did a thorough job making sure I was okay in every regard. Could not recommend this clinic more and thankful they are only a few minutes from our home.
