I stopped by Integrity on Monday because, of course, I wasn’t feeling the greatest. It was my second overall visit to this location and I quickly discovered: it wasn’t a one time thing. Solid all the way through. I can not recommend this place more. I even drove 45 minutes out of my way to go to them because the level of care is top notch. Every single person there was on point and fantastic! Christina followed up with me twice and made sure I was well. Thank you, Integrity! You all encompass the company name to a tee!!
Great experience! From the front desk worker to the medical assistant to the provider everyone was top notch. Everything was clean. The provider, Katina (I believe) and the MA, Amy Jo were so professional and kind. My teenage son felt comfortable to talk to them about his illness. We will definitely return. This clinic is great for Anna.
My wife and I have both been here this summer. Both times, the staff were warm and inviting, genuinely caring for us in our pain. I came in just before close needing stitches and kept the staff nearly an hour past close, but they never treated me differently. And they did a thorough job making sure I was okay in every regard. Could not recommend this clinic more and thankful they are only a few minutes from our home.
I went in with a toenail injury that was so bad, I couldn't move my leg. I couldn't walk crawl, or even sit because the pain was so excruciating. My foot had to be completely elevated. I went here for help, paid $175 out of pocket for care and xrays. The Dr literally sent me home with an ice pack, zero pain meds, and no antibiotics. She was rude and condescending.
