Hands down the best urgent care. The staff and providers are amazing and very personable. They truly listen, take their time, and explain everything clearly, which makes such a difference. While there can sometimes be a wait, it’s still far better than the majority of other urgent care centers. I always feel well cared for here and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Treatment was great. The Nurse Practitioner answered all of my questions thoroughly & carefully, and they gave realistic expectations regarding timing before I was seen. They were quick to room patients which also eased concern regarding sharing germs in the lobby. I would definitely come back.
My son hurt his ankle and was in pain so we came here to seek help. Easy check in and front desk was helpful. The MA and NP were personable and kind. We had to wait in the waiting area for about 40 minutes, but there were quite a few people there when we walked in. I am mindful that we were not the only ones not feeling well that day. The NP, Katina, took time to assess and even put the brace on my sons’ ankle! Thanks for you knowledge and time.
I am from out of town (litterally I am from Hawaii) Traveld to Florida, then back to TX. Caught a cold and had not been able to kick it with OTC meds. So I looked up ugent care places in my area and Integrity had good reviews. I went in the early part of the morning. Checked in, completed my paper work and then I got called in with in 15 minutes. The current medical assistant here has the most spectacular warm bedside manner. He is really, really good with scared kids. The NPs and PAs are always efficient and good at explaining. We used to go to Texas breeze, but Integrity Urgent Care in Anna has earned our visits from now on.
