Staff were so kind and helpful. Busy on the weekend during winter but they try to get you in and out. Great first experience for me!
We took our son here for a broken arm. The staff was so friendly and sweet. They were gentle and kind and just made the whole experience a little less scary.
I highly recommend Integrity Urgent care in Anna, TX. They always take extra time and go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need to solve my problem. Besides the great care, my favorite part is they're open minded and think for themselves, unlike so many in the medical field.
Do not go to this urgent care. Horrible experience. I paid an $85 copay just for the provider to barely look at my issue and immediately say, "there's nothing I can do." After I explained I came in for treatment, she then tried to throw out a diagnosis anyway -- which was completely wrong -- while still offering no care or solution. Wow! Never in my life have I experienced a nastier medical professional. Took my four year old in. They swabbed him, said he had flu but too late to treat. The nurse practitioner came in and was HORRIBLE. Said my whole family probably had it and smiled. Gave him nothing. This woman should not be in medicine. The next day I took him to the pediatrician. Please do not go here if you are black/brown. I had the rudest technician who refused to call me by my ethnic first name all coz my chart showed my middle name. Since I primarily go by my first name I thought nothing of it to ask her to call me by it however I had this tech argue with me that she was gonna go by what's in the chart, which happens to be non ethnic sounding, it's Monica.
