The cleanliness of the clinic was amazing. The patient service representative was kind, attentive, and personable. Even the medical assistant was fun to talk to and laugh with. Last night I came in because I thought I needed stitches. They were closing in less than an hour but took me with no hesitation. I only had one good working hand, but the nice young lady at the counter, Susie, helped me fill out my documents and take pictures of my drivers license and insurance card. The care provider I saw was Kurt. He has helped us in the past and is very friendly and knowledgeable. First time visiting Integrity and this will be my go to for urgent care. Detra was so nice and helpful when I called to inquire about services and even more so when I arrived. Stephenie the LVN and Jennifer the NP were so knowledgeable, caring and thorough about explaining everything that was going on and what I need to do. They all make you feel very at ease, welcomed and that you are getting the best care.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Dixi Norton, the lead nurse, for going above and beyond for me today. She didn’t even have to handle what I needed done — it isn’t normally part of her role — but she made sure I was taken care of and got me in right away. I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care today. The nurse showed little concern for my situation as a breastfeeding mother who takes care of a baby alone. She prescribed a muscle relaxer that would completely knock me out, and when I told her I can’t take anything sedating because I have no family or friends here to help, she simply suggested I “call someone” anyway—and still gave me no alternative medication.
