The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facility is really nice & clean on the interior. They explain everything thoroughly and try to be cognizant of your time by getting you seen as quickly as possible without you feeling rushed. Great urgent care facility.
From my Mom: I was very happy with my experience at Integrity Urgent Care. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. The person at the front desk was patient and I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The doctor was very kind and took the time to talk with me about what was going on. I would go back to Integrity Urgent Care.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. The front desk attendant was exceptionally considerate and so professional. The nursing team took the time to engage with us, making sure they understood our concerns. I would also like to commend Mr. Kirk, the PA, who went above and beyond during our appointment. He not only provided valuable information regarding our health but also took the time to have a meaningful conversation with my teenage son about his college aspirations. Casey NP is absolutely awesome! Stitched me up like a champ! Right to the point…great conversation for distraction. Solid stitches like a plastic surgeon🕺🏽 cause I’m a hand model and it’s important on tik tack or whatever that is! Can’t wait to cut my hand slicing a ham again….jk. Great job Casey! I needed an X-ray quickly and sent to my doctor. They were very professional and helped get xray to me and show me how to send to Dr. Facility was clean and staff friendly and caring. 5 stars.
