The facilities were clean and inviting. There was lots of comfortable seating and refreshments for patients to enjoy in the waiting area. The staff was friendly considerate. Primarily, the service was exceptional, and the process was quick and smooth. I came in with an unusual injury and was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this urgent care facility!
I went to Urgent Care because it was close to my home. The personnel were kind and efficient. I saw the nurse assistant and the nurse practitioner who swabbed my throat for strep which tested positive. I was in and out in about 30 minutes then went next door to CVS for my prescription. Overall it was easier and much more efficient than driving a distance to my primary care doctor. It's great to be on the mend.
Absolutely outstanding experience! Scheduling, check in via the internet was fast an efficient. The app was useful. Arrived at appointment time, checked in, filled out a quick one-page document and was in the exam room within 5 minutes. Vitals and testing accomplished within 10 minutes. Diagnoses and medication sent to pharmacy immediately. In and out in less than an hour. If you have to be sick, this is the place for treatment.
The fact I have to put ANY stars to write this also blows my mind. Wasn't seen by an actual doctor, and to top it off I got zero alleviation for symptoms of chest pain, dizziness, coughing and drainage. Used 3 rapid tests and all came back negative. What happened next? I got told "I just think it's allergies. You just have to ride it out" EXCUSE ME?! Allergies doesn't have a person with thick green mucus and drainage. I went with my daughter to get an X-ray of her foot following a track injury. We arrived right before closing and they were happy to help us and we didn’t feel rushed. The check-in process was super quick and easy. We felt like VIPs! Very satisfied and we will be going back.
