I went with my daughter to get an X-ray of her foot following a track injury. We arrived right before closing and they were happy to help us and we didn’t feel rushed. The check-in process was super quick and easy. We felt like VIPs! Very satisfied and we will be going back.
Integrity Urgent Care in Benbrook was such a pleasant experience!! Check in online was easy and there was very little wait once I arrived. Staff and provider were very friendly, professional and explained all costs up front. I will be back if needed.
The staff were incredibly kind! They took time to explain procedures to my six year old and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Front desk, MA, and PA were all wonderful. They were transparent about wait times and were prompt to help with any needs. ❤️
Been here a few times recently fo myself and my kids. The staff was so warm and friendly and the office is always very clean. The doctor helped us diligently and were very helpful, open and honest with us. They were all great with kids as well. Definitely recommend.
This team of practitioners and nurses was friendly and sweet. They were not forceful with results and prescriptions, but were diagnostic and ready to run more tests based on what they were seeing. They gave me full agency to wait for an antibiotic Rx until the culture results came back or they offered to send them then. Thank you for not being Rx pushing, and for being thorough in your work! It’s refreshing
