I went to Urgent Care because it was close to my home. The personnel were kind and efficient. I saw the nurse assistant and the nurse practitioner who swabbed my throat for strep which tested positive. I was in and out in about 30 minutes then went next door to CVS for my prescription. Overall it was easier and much more efficient than driving a distance to my primary care doctor. It's great to be on the mend.
The facilities were clean and inviting. There was lots of comfortable seating and refreshments for patients to enjoy in the waiting area. The staff was friendly considerate. Primarily, the service was exceptional, and the process was quick and smooth. I came in with an unusual injury and was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this urgent care facility!
The receptionist was kind and caring. The nurse who took my vitals was wonderful. The nurse practitioner I was not impressed with. I felt like she just blew me off to a virus. Very bad headache, fever, sore glands and cough. She listened to my lungs and looked in my throat. I had to ask her to look at my very sore ear and she told me she already did, not! Told me it couldn't be a sinus infection even though my head and face were very sore!
Absolutely outstanding experience! Scheduling, check in via the internet was fast an efficient. The app was useful. Arrived at appointment time, checked in, filled out a quick one-page document and was in the exam room within 5 minutes. Vitals and testing accomplished within 10 minutes. Diagnoses and medication sent to pharmacy immediately. In and out in less than an hour. If you have to be sick, this is the place for treatment.
This team of practitioners and nurses was friendly and sweet. They were not forceful with results and prescriptions, but were diagnostic and ready to run more tests based on what they were seeing. They gave me full agency to wait for an antibiotic Rx until the culture results came back or they offered to send them then. Thank you for not being Rx pushing, and for being thorough in your work! It’s refreshing
