The cleanliness of the clinic was amazing. The patient service representative was kind, attentive, and personable. Even the medical assistant was fun to talk to and laugh with. Maybe the clinic of the future. I was home sick for a week. My DOCTOR is in Denton. I just couldn’t make the drive but I wanted to know what was going on. I needed more cough drops and I see this store behind CVS. Scan a code at check-in. Have a seat (Not a long wait). Nurse asks if I ‘want’ to test for Covid and Strepthroat. Husband has cancer and was running fever. Oncology wanted us get some swob testing to rule out general illness in case it was from chemo. He tested positive covid. Had to stop chemo to get treatment. I appreciate the expertise of the doctor to quickly figure it out and assist his doctor without going hospital. Will come there again in the future.
My last minute visit was excellent. I went online and clicked on the next available time. The office is clean and I was greeted with a smile. The MA got me checked and ready to see the provider. The provider was in within a few minutes, checked me over and went over treatment with an injection and medication. The provider was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Give them a try you won't go anywhere else afterwards.
I recently visited Integrity Urgent Care and I was extremely impressed by their speedy service and friendly staff. I was seen quickly and the processing time was very efficient. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend Integrity Urgent Care for anyone in need of quick and reliable medical attention.
