The cleanliness of the clinic was amazing. The patient service representative was kind, attentive, and personable. Even the medical assistant was fun to talk to and laugh with. Last night I came in because I thought I needed stitches. They were closing in less than an hour but took me with no hesitation. I only had one good working hand, but the nice young lady at the counter, Susie, helped me fill out my documents and take pictures of my drivers license and insurance card. This is my third time to this location near Walmart in Benbrook and I have received excellent care each time. 1. The scheduling and check in process are easy online 2. The staff at check in are friendly, helpful, and have a very positive attitude. 3. Wait times are reasonable. 4. The staff is professional, thorough, and not rushed Great job!
I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care today. The nurse showed little concern for my situation as a breastfeeding mother who takes care of a baby alone. She prescribed a muscle relaxer that would completely knock me out, and when I told her I can’t take anything sedating because I have no family or friends here to help, she simply suggested I “call someone” anyway—and still gave me no alternative medication. Good experience. Reasonable new patient registration and check in. Organized process and was seen quickly. The provider that day was Jennifer Trevino, NP. She was professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Hint: Online check in available. I wasn’t aware of that and did process in office on my phone. This did not contribute to a significant wait, as they remained on schedule.
