Dr. Anderson was very attentive to my particular combination of symptoms. I really appreciate the care I received. The team was very “Urgent” and I was seen before my appointment time. Thank you for the service you all provide for the local Alvarado community.
i had a 1130 appt. didnt get called back till about 1215 pm ... but i will say they were short handed that day ... gabby on ck in was nice and got me situated... savanna was nice and friendly but still got her job done what she needed to do ... the P. A. was quick and to the point as to what tests she was gonna have done ... the tests were done , got the results back quick ... i got a antibiotic shot ( that i had to ask for ) plus 2 meds called into CVS PHARMACY there in Alvarado which they had meds ready for pickup with... read more
It was quick and to the point exactly what I needed with urgent care.I came in needing x rays called beforehand .got the exact price that I was quoted! They were professional.Even the check in is all on a q r scanning code! I don't have to worry about my terrible penmanship! Lol the staff was professional straight to the point had x.Rays on site and the ability to read them! I will say this.It was half the price of going to baylor scott white emergency care! As I don't have insurance and they did not care!
I've been here two times for myself and brought my daughter to be seen once. Each time has been a great experience, I've been able to make an appointment online and do the check-in online to save time and have been seen by the doctor or nurse practitioner very fast. My only insurance is through the VA which they accept and my daughter only has Champ VA which they also accept. It's great to have this place in Alvarado now, very convenient and highly recommend.
We came in for a potential orthopedic issue. Blood pressure was high and that’s all Erika could focus on. The orthopedic problem was of NO CONCERN to Erika-who I am assuming was a NP. Erika did not even touch/feel his leg to evaluate until I complained to nurse that I didn’t feel he had been properly evaluated. They were unsure if they could do an X-ray because they were unsure if hip was considered part of torso or not. And could not guarantee protection from radiation.
