I had a great experience at this urgent care! I brought my toddler in, and from the moment we walked through the door, the staff was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The provider was gentle and sweet with my little one, which made the visit much less stressful. The customer service was outstanding: fast check-in, short wait time, and genuine care throughout. Highly recommend!
This is the nicest urgent care I have ever visited. Not only is the building modern and clean, the staff and nurse practitioners are also extremely helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered and the wait-time was not bad (5-minutes). I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This urgent care is more organized and has friendlier staff than many primary care offices. They also offer water and coffee, which I thought was a nice plus. They also have a little corner for kids to play in.

Not only are the staff always kind, patient, and attentive—something that makes a huge difference when dealing with older loved ones who may need extra time or assistance. I went for the first time today with flu-like symptoms that had persisted for four days. From my greeting to my departure, I was fully taken care of! Angela, my nurse, was above and beyond with her hospitality and care. I left the office feeling like I made a friend! My NP was Tina and she was equally as great.
