I came into the Urgent care office because of me feeling sick. I walked in and was helped immediately. I sat down and noticed how clean it was. I was seen by the doctor less than 30 minutes. She assessed my condition and decided on certain medication to be prescribed. It was a great experience. I highly recommend the Lavon office location. Laura Ryan
I needed urgent care on a Saturday and went to the new urgent care in Lavon. Great experience! I was able to book a same day appointment online, lots of availability and I was in and out and back at home within an hour. The medical care provided was excellent and the staff were all very friendly.
I recently visited Integrity Urgent Care in Lavon for a severe stomach bug. The staff was professional, compassionate, and efficient. They provided a clear treatment plan and excellent care in a clean and comfortable environment. Highly recommended for urgent medical needs!
I don’t know why but usually front desk is rude, but not here. Seamless and kind check-in process. The nurse who took my son’s vitals was sweet and kind. Dr. (CNP) Emily Contreras was AMAZING. I wish she was our son’s Pediatrician/primary, she was so patient with all my questions and so good with what’s wrong with him. Check-in kind of took a while but overall it’s 100% worth the wait when you receive thought out excellent 5 star service.
I’m so glad we finally have an urgent care in Lavon! I smashed my finger while hooking up my camper and was able to get seen less than a minute from home. The service was quick and efficient—I got an X-ray, a pain injection, a finger splint, and a prescription all in one visit. The staff was friendly, and the facility is obviously clean (it’s brand new!). No need to go anywhere else—this is hands down the best new thing in Lavon right now!
