This is right by my house, and anytime I've come here I've always had such a pleasant experience. The front desk staff is always super nice and helpful, a the nurses and doctors are caring as well. Everyone has such good bedside manners. I know I will be acknowledged and cared for when coming here.

No appt and got in as soon as I finished the paperwork! Super nice staff and Dr. Had bad earaches for over 4 weeks and my Dr just said suck on hard candy and gargle with salt water. So now it was causing headaches and gland issues and a sore throat. After checking me over the Dr there gave me a steroid shot, Prescriptions for antibiotic and 2 nose sprays. Already feeling much better!

Stopped in because I was in a car accident and needed to be seen ASAP. They immediately referred me to some other place and didn't even know where the place on the brochure they were handing me was at. They didn't ask whether I was doing okay or needed immediate care. Their only concern was telling me that they don't accept insurance for car accidents and that seeing me would cost a lot of money. Insane place. We went down the street to Wylie Urgent Care and had a perfect experience. Avoid this place like the plague.
Don't do it! They add all kinds of bogus charges that you WILL get a large bill in the mail for. Go somewhere else. There prices are NOT even close what they advertise. You've been warned.
