Took my daughter in for sore throat. She was tested and treated appropriately by the provider. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Staff were welcoming and we didn't have to spend our whole afternoon there. Highly recommend, such a nice asset to have in Quinlan.

Absolutely ridiculous they need to reconsider how they have people check in. If I knew I'd be doing someone else's job for 35 minutes in there lobby online, only to be turned away because they don't expect the insurance. They should be collecting this information when you ask to be seen like any other place. I would never waste my time here.

Dishonest Billing Practices - Beware Integrity Urgent Care should seriously reconsider the word "Integrity" in their name. In October, I visited the Quinlan location after cutting my arm on a rusty nail and needing a tetanus shot. Before receiving treatment, I clearly explained that I do not have medical insurance and specifically asked what the total out-of-pocket cost would be if I paid cash. I was quoted $200.00.
