I went to urgent care yesterday due To be having some issues and suffering with my cancer and my treatments because I couldn’t drive all the way to Tyler they were amazing. They got me back really fast. They were all so sweet. They took extra precautions because of my Condition they went above and beyond they were very considerate and kind to be him my situation And I just I don’t think I’ve ever had such good care aside from my CANCER team. Very nice facility! The staff was professional and very understanding. Tyler was evidently concerned when my blood pressure was off. Sarah then took my BP manually. It was back down. I don't have a problem of going back, if necessary. I'm so glad, since the Hunt Regional ER on 276 recently closed!
I’ve already been here twice for different things and so far I’ve been really happy going here. The doctors and the rest of the staff have been amazing. When I went this last time, I had my vitals taken like normal. But the nurse never took my temp. He asked if I’d been running a temp, buuut….. I wasn’t already feeling well, so I had to ask the nurse to check my temp since was having headaches. Turned out I had a fever. He took it and offered some Tylenol which I said yes. The nurse was very caring and personable.
Sarah Cardwell did an amazing job with my 89 year old Mother. Sarah was very patient, listened well and was extremely professional. She offered solutions to the issue and was very caring through the entire appointment.
Great care! Provider demonstrated genuine concern for a suspected broken foot. Warm bed-side disposition. Provider was communicative & engaged in my jokes to make lite of my situation & help me feel at ease. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there wasn’t any follow-up after the visit. Urgent Care facilities that I’ve used in the past have always followed up regarding the care provided & any suggested next steps to assist with healing.
