I had such a great experience at Integrity Urgent Care in Quinlan, TX. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was so welcoming and caring. Robin, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional she truly made me feel at ease. I called this clinic twice in 2 days to verify that we can have a health care professional see my boys and verify they are healthy enough to go to daycare. Signing a simple form saying they are able to attend daycare. Both times the woman on the phone said we can visit this clinic and have it taken care of. I was also advised by the daycare that this particular clinic was a good location to do so. On arrival the front desk clerk took my forms and had me sign my kids in. First off, I do not like going to visit Doctors, despise it would be more accurate. But, I went, and I was absolutely amazed at the level of care and compassion. From the front office staff to Charles Cooper the Nurse Practitioner, they were simply amazing. Did not do any unnecessary tests, actually read my initial paperwork, explained everything, showed me how to get the meds at a discount using Good Rx. Office visit was $125 self pay and 3 different medications total came out to $38. Already feeling much better! Thank you ... read more

I’ve been to the Quinlan location twice now with my children. Both times we had exceptional care. Our last visit we had seen Dr. Cooper. His bedside manner with my child was like non other. He explained everything very clearly and was very helpful. He was very kind and made my child feel comfortable.

I’ve already been here twice for different things and so far I’ve been really happy going here. The doctors and the rest of the staff have been amazing. When I went this last time, I had my vitals taken like normal. But the nurse never took my temp. He asked if I’d been running a temp, buuut….. I wasn’t already feeling well, so I had to ask the nurse to check my temp since was having headaches. Turned out I had a fever. He took it and offered some Tylenol which I said yes. The nurse was very caring and personable.
