If we could leave less than one star, we would. 1 hour wait with no one else in the office. They charged our card without going through insurance, and then took months and many phone calls to get our refund. Terribly run company and I would highly recommend driving to a 3rd world country for health care before stopping here.
A waste of time and money. I took my wife to Integrity UC in Springtown on a Friday. The RN on duty didn't know what was causing her illness so she recommended some lab tests. My wife provided the necessary samples and the RN said it would take a couple of days to get results back. My wife called on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday trying to get her test results and was told they haven't received them yet, but they would call her when they do received them.
