We recently visited this urgent care when my child wasn’t feeling well. The facilities were spotless, bright, and modern, which immediately put us at ease. From the front desk to the providers, everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about my kid’s comfort and health. We were seen quickly, and the doctor explained everything clearly and answered all our questions.
I had a good experience. I was having a reaction to a wasp sting and Benadryl wasn’t helping so I went in and asked for a steroid shot. It’s brand new and nice and there wasn’t a wait. Staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend without reservation.
This place is terrible! I went on Sat morning and waited a long time to be seen. I was the only patient in the clinic! The doctor ordered a test and didn’t call me back with results. I’m on day 3 with no call back or test results!! I’ve called and no one seems to know what happened!!! Update: I was told the lab lost my test! Save yourself the headache and use your time / money at another urgent care!!
