Both my husband and I found the need to visit this urgent care recently and we were impressed. The facility is new, the staff was helpful, and we both felt like the medical staff actually listened to our needs and genuinely wanted to help us get our symptoms under control so that we could heal. I unfortunately had to come in on July 4th and they closed at 5. I arrived about 4:15 pm and was able to be checked in, seen, prescriptions sent to pharmacy, and visit concluded by 5:05 pm. 1st time going to the new Integrity Urgent care Great location very clean. Front desk administrator was friendly you have a option for checking in online. Their Cna was very sweet and friendly listen to my concerns. Mrs. Kalandra Washington was patient very professional and friendly very detailed. Made sure I was comfortable while I was having my breathing treatment . Xray was fast and I was relaxed. Definitely would tell others about this location not having to drive to Cypress tx.
My son received stitches here on his lip and we were very pleased with the service. The doctor was very kind and made him feel comfortable. My son said it was practically painless! Receptionist was very kind too. We were in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend.
This was my first time here and it was a good experience , all the staff was nice and very attentive. My care provider was Essie Elster and she was so nice and sweet and she was definitely concerned about me as a patient and took care of my issues so thank you very much and the place was very clean . 10 /10 for me if I need care in the future I'd prefer this urgent care honestly .
I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. This was my second visit with the nurse practitioner. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I left feeling very satisfied with the care I received.
