Very helpful staff everyone was positive and answered my questions.
Great in and out urgent care, especially handly on Sunday as they have x-ray machine and staff on hand to help out. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I came into the Murphy location for neck and shoulder injury from mountain biking in Colorado that has been lingering for almost 2 weeks. Bonnie (NP) was very thorough with her series of pain and strength test. Allegie (x-ray tech) took my x-ray and very detailed with her explanation of the x-ray procedure. She took fantastic x-ray images. Post x-ray, I really appreciated Bonnie’s explanation of the C4-C7 degeneration and the calcification of a ligament or soft tissue that appeared in the scan. Very courteous and friendly staff
I showed up one day 3 minutes before they closed. Not intentionally mind you, I thought they closed at 8. Instead of kicking me out the door or being rude to me, the staff was still entirely professional and caring the entire time, and wanted to do everything for me. Ally and I talked for a bit while I was getting my very first x-ray taken, and made me feel a whole lot less nervous about the experience. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Great staff. Very professional. Excellent care.
The system is easy to make the appointment And the staff and doctor are super nice
