I had an excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care in Forney. The nurse practitioner was decisive and professional in treating my ankle injury. She understood my situation and provided appropriate temporary relief measures while recommending that I follow up with a specialist MD. I am a bit weirded out. The infection control here has me questioning things. I came in for my back and I complied with all the advised treatment regimen. When it was time to do my EKG the male tech he tried. After starting care and placing the leads on I was like um can you put on gloves. I referenced infection control. I was told i had to come to this establishment by my Claims Adjuster. I met a travel nurse who told me I had to leave because I had seen a different Dr. before I came here. I was just following orders and when I tried to explain she turned her back k and walked away while I was talking to her. Never have I been treated like that from anyone in the medical field. This place is a joke!

Came in to be seen the night before. Flu like symptoms feel awful. Ear infection. Doctor pointed out the ear infection. Wake up this morning my ear is pounding. They sent in a prescription for a cough syrup. I called them in the morning, telling him that I needed something for the ear, they told me to come back up and that I could be seen real quick again so that I could get that called in for me. I called over the phone for a private matter. They were very nice and welcoming The receptionist who answered the phone answered All my questions. Once I arrived at integrity, urgent care in Forney, the waiting room was clean There was not a long waitThey have Snacks, bottles of water and apple juice in the waiting room. The staff that was there during my visit was very nice. I didn’t feel unwelcomed .They addressed all of my concerns. They explained everything thoroughly 10 out of 10 would recommend.
