I was told i had to come to this establishment by my Claims Adjuster. I met a travel nurse who told me I had to leave because I had seen a different Dr. before I came here. I was just following orders and when I tried to explain she turned her back k and walked away while I was talking to her. Never have I been treated like that from anyone in the medical field. This place is a joke!
Came in to be seen the night before. Flu like symptoms feel awful. Ear infection. Doctor pointed out the ear infection. Wake up this morning my ear is pounding. They sent in a prescription for a cough syrup. I called them in the morning, telling him that I needed something for the ear, they told me to come back up and that I could be seen real quick again so that I could get that called in for me. I called over the phone for a private matter. They were very nice and welcoming The receptionist who answered the phone answered All my questions. Once I arrived at integrity, urgent care in Forney, the waiting room was clean There was not a long waitThey have Snacks, bottles of water and apple juice in the waiting room. The staff that was there during my visit was very nice. I didn’t feel unwelcomed .They addressed all of my concerns. They explained everything thoroughly 10 out of 10 would recommend.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Fast, friendly and quick!! I made an appointment 30 mins ahead and was in/out within 30 mins as well. Clean office, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am so glad to have found a quick, local resource for urgent care.
Easy to make an appt. Online BUT having said that I don’t enjoy having to fill out more paperwork on my phone by scanning a QR code. I’m not feeling well and now I have to fill out more “paperwork” and upload my insurance card? PA was very friendly, listened good and quick. I would go again if needed.
