Excellent experience, booked online, checked in with receptionist (who is very kind and efficient in her work) & was in and out. Doctors & nurses are awesome and truly listen to patients concerns. Everything is clean and disinfected! Thank you!
Amazing experience! At the time I went, there was a bit of a wait but the place wasn't crowded. Check in was smooth and the facility was immaculately clean. They also offered complimentary masks and bottled water. What sealed the deal for me was how I was treated by my nurse. She listened carefully, took her time, didn't rush me or my friend who accompanied me, answered all of our questions and (because it dares repeating) NEVER RUSHED US. I genuinely felt cared for and would recommend this facility to anyone.
My son injured his foot, and we needed a quick and convenient place for treatment so we could get back to school and work. The staff and doctors at Integrity Urgent Care were incredibly kind and efficient, ensuring we received the proper care and were in and out quickly.
Awesome staff, compassion, respect and caring. Received excellent service from time scheduled appt to leaving facility. I feel so much better since seeing the doctor and giving me breathing treatment, etc. Highly recommend Integrity Urgent Care. Thank you all.
I’ve been to this location twice since they’ve open and I’ve had a good experience both times. I would like to recognize the front desk lady who is always welcoming, patient, and kind. There was a situation that occurred with a rude man wanting to leave without paying and she handled it very professionally. The NP took her time, listened, and was caring. Will definitely continue to utilize this location for my families urgent care needs.
