I called over the phone for a private matter. They were very nice and welcoming The receptionist who answered the phone answered All my questions. Once I arrived at integrity, urgent care in Forney, the waiting room was clean There was not a long waitThey have Snacks, bottles of water and apple juice in the waiting room. The staff that was there during my visit was very nice. I didn’t feel unwelcomed .They addressed all of my concerns. They explained everything thoroughly 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Came in to be seen the night before. Flu like symptoms feel awful. Ear infection. Doctor pointed out the ear infection. Wake up this morning my ear is pounding. They sent in a prescription for a cough syrup. I called them in the morning, telling him that I needed something for the ear, they told me to come back up and that I could be seen real quick again so that I could get that called in for me. Made a trip 3 days ago for a fever. The online appointment scheduling was very easy. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist was very nice. She confirmed they had received all my online paperwork and had only one additional triage form. The facility is clean and well-maintained. They just finished building it and it appeared well built. I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. They take walk ins and have seen me pretty quickly. Today I saw Courtney, the Nurse Practitioner, she was friendly, thorough, didn't rush, and provided some helpful info printouts for me. Glad to have this location nearby.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed with both doctors that we saw separately. They were very knowledgeable and made accurate assessments for each of our ailments. Would definitely recommend this clinic to any of our family and friends!
