Called for an appointment because I felt so bad that I didn’t want to sit and wait through all the other walk ins. When I got there a few minutes before my time, I got in at my appointed time. Everyone there was so nice. The first person took my info, BP, oxygen, etc. the doctor came in and checked me over. I received a covid and a flu test also. They were negative. I was glad the doctor did not automatically give me medicine I did not need just because I’m old. I would definitely go there again.
My Veteran Dad needed to see his physician but the Granbury VA Clinic was full after two days of trying to get an appointment. So, they sent me to Integrity Urgent Care and I’m so grateful they did. My Dad was seen immediately, diagnosed, treated, and on his way. The staff, nurses, and physicians were caring, kind, informative, and professional. They showed genuine concern for his needs and it was refreshing. I wish I could take him there for EVERY check up or medical need!
This was the first time to visit since the name changed to Integrity and I was a walk-in. Checking in and filling out paperwork was easy. The wait time wasn't long, receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The medical assistant was nice and had good communication. The PA Raquel was extremely helpful in solving my medical issue, made me as comfortable as possible, she was understanding and knew exactly what to do. Thank you!
I'm from another state and needed medical attention. Process was quick and smooth from scheduling appointment to check out time. Physician Assistant heard my concern and assessed problem. She quickly formulated a plan and educated me on medications she was prescribing. She satisfactorily answered all my questions. Will keep this clinic in mind next time I'm in need of medical attention while visiting family.
The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The PA Kim was quick to test for Covid with my symptoms. She prescribed medication and I left. A good experience.
