I was experiencing abdominal pain and needed care on a Sunday. They took very good care of me. They called me back with test results as promised. The staff was efficient and kind. The facility was very clean.

I has there for sciatic nerve pain and was having trouble standing. I was told to scan a code and fill out the forms on my phone. I was already in the system, but had to take pic of my I.D. on an app that wouldn't work. Then I had to fill out a paper all the while this app wouldn't upload pic. No help was offered and I'm in pain from standing. I eventually got fed up and had to go somewhere else. I have been there many times and never had this happen. Bring back customer service.

Office staff is pleasant; however, NP did not provide any medical treatment except to direct me to a Starbucks for Hot Tea for a severe Sinus infection. I was already out of town for family emergency with an additional 400 mile drive later that day. I was in severe need of medical attention. I had ear pain, severe sore throat, coughing & sneezing.
