I had an urgent cyst/abscess situation occur this past weekend. I visited Integrity yesterday morning, and the entire staff was so extremely kind, patient, and understanding with me and my husband. The front desk representative, (I’m awful.. I did not catch her name), was so kind and helped my husband complete my check-in process. we scheduled a visit online. the process was easy to do and the instructions were clear. we arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and were immediately admitted. the nurse brought us to a room and took information and vital signs. the doctor came soon after and reviewed the information, then listened to my wife's chest. the doctor ordered a flu, covid and viral swab. the nurse administered these tests as comfortable as she could. after a short wait, the flu and covid tests came back negative-good news. the viral swa... read more
My Veteran Dad needed to see his physician but the Granbury VA Clinic was full after two days of trying to get an appointment. So, they sent me to Integrity Urgent Care and I’m so grateful they did. My Dad was seen immediately, diagnosed, treated, and on his way. The staff, nurses, and physicians were caring, kind, informative, and professional. They showed genuine concern for his needs and it was refreshing. I wish I could take him there for EVERY check up or medical need!
Made appointment online and was in and out with 40 minutes. The NP was fantastic and followed up with a call the same day. Great experience. The intake girl needs a bit more experience, as her questions were vague. “What kind of test do you want?” (Hadn’t seen the Doctor/NP yet so was hoping that they would determine what test/tests I’d need) “What are your medical problems?” Was her question when inquiring about the list of medications that I take each day. This was the first time to visit since the name changed to Integrity and I was a walk-in. Checking in and filling out paperwork was easy. The wait time wasn't long, receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The medical assistant was nice and had good communication. The PA Raquel was extremely helpful in solving my medical issue, made me as comfortable as possible, she was understanding and knew exactly what to do. Thank you!
