I was able to make 2 separate appointments online for me & my husband on the same day. The wait wasnt long & was impressed that they took both of us at the same time. We were treated with care & left to pick up our prescription. I highly recommend this clinic.

Absolute Perfection. This Urgent Care was a positive experience. The wait was short. Justin, NP, Cynthia and LaKeisha were a blessing to me. Justin and Cynthia were so knowledgeable and I trusted them. When you are ill, you need caring folks treating you and you will get it at Integrity Urgent Care. They are a keeper for me.

My visit to I.U.C. of Granbury was absolutely amazing..I say this because I had some "before the visit pre-thoughts" in my mind and I was already prepared to accept those thoughts as I entered with my expectations crowding the front of my brain. I had a truly excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner, Justin Wren, almost immediately, which was a relief. The Nurse Practitioner was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely cared for. What really impressed me was the follow-up care. I had to call back a few days later for a medication refill, and staff member, Mackenzie, handled it quickly and kindly, with no hassle. I made my first visit to Integrity today. They were very organized and efficient. It is a very clean place and the wait was not too long. The NP that I saw was friendly and helpful and the nurse was kind and gentle with my strep test. I would encourage anyone to make this choice for something urgent but not “an emergency”. A much more pleasant alternative to an ER and I was able to get in much faster than at my Primary Provider’s office.
