I made my first visit to Integrity today. They were very organized and efficient. It is a very clean place and the wait was not too long. The NP that I saw was friendly and helpful and the nurse was kind and gentle with my strep test. I would encourage anyone to make this choice for something urgent but not “an emergency”. A much more pleasant alternative to an ER and I was able to get in much faster than at my Primary Provider’s office.
I had a truly excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner, Justin Wren, almost immediately, which was a relief. The Nurse Practitioner was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely cared for. What really impressed me was the follow-up care. Was in town for a graduation. Came in unexpectedly as I had come down with flu-like symptoms. Was able to get there right at opening and get checked-in. Only reason I wasn't seen sooner was because I had failed to complete a final form. The nurse was helpful and the NP was very kind in answering my questions as well as providing sound medical advice on next steps and course of treatment. Would recommend this spot for anyone who needs to get checked out!
The staff acted professionally, helpful and they showed genuine concerns for my needs. The wait time in the lobby was horrible, sitting in those hard seats. Plus the wait time in the treatment room was no different. The doctor was diligent in his assessment of my medical needs pre and post visit. The only two concerns, that I have is the long wait times and someone need to improve their chairs. Overall, the service was good and I recommend Integrity Urgent Care
Wait time was a bit long, even though I had an appointment. The doctor was very thorough and tested for strep and I’m glad she did. They called meds in right away so I was able to pick them up before I went home.
