I made my first visit to Integrity today. They were very organized and efficient. It is a very clean place and the wait was not too long. The NP that I saw was friendly and helpful and the nurse was kind and gentle with my strep test. I would encourage anyone to make this choice for something urgent but not “an emergency”. A much more pleasant alternative to an ER and I was able to get in much faster than at my Primary Provider’s office.
The female PA was amazing got me seen within 10 minutes and had fixed my issue within 15 minutes that the ER in stephenville said they couldn’t deal with and also prescribed me a more aggressive antibiotic. 10/10 place very friendly and very helpful.
I had a truly excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner, Justin Wren, almost immediately, which was a relief. The Nurse Practitioner was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely cared for. What really impressed me was the follow-up care. Great staff and doctor! Wish I would have found them sooner! Got me in and out not a long wait all. The doctor was very helpful and listened to what I had to say! I was really impressed and highly recommended!
Was in town for a graduation. Came in unexpectedly as I had come down with flu-like symptoms. Was able to get there right at opening and get checked-in. Only reason I wasn't seen sooner was because I had failed to complete a final form. The nurse was helpful and the NP was very kind in answering my questions as well as providing sound medical advice on next steps and course of treatment. Would recommend this spot for anyone who needs to get checked out!
