The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Raquel, the PA, was competent, professional, and SO nice. She really cared. She went over and above to diagnose and treat my issue. I agree with the people who said they wish she could be their primary care provider. Love the entire staff as well. Friendly and caring.
Woke up on a Sunday morning feeling achy, headache, and a fever of 102°. My husband wend online and made an appointment for 10 am when they opened. We got right in! The staff was excellent and caring and the PA Kim was the best. We will definitely use them again if needed!
Got an appointment early the next morning. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Our daughter is severely autistic and isn’t always the most cooperative patient and they were amazing with her! We worked together to get the tests that she needed done and she wasn’t traumatized or having a meltdown. Huge win in my book.
Appointment scheduling was quite simple. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The office is exceptionally clean. The staff was courteous and thorough with their questions. I really liked the doctor. Overall a great experience! I was there on New Year’s Day.
I didn’t know what to expect but was i pleasantly surprised! Everyone was welcoming and cheerful…and it was a Sunday! The wait was not too bad either as I was a walk in. The Dr was very friendly and really listened to me. She answered all my questions and I was very impressed and felt confident with her diagnosis and the plan of attack! I will recommend this place to everyone who needs it!
