Great experience. The staff is very nice. I was in and out pretty quickly. There was no wait time. Extremely clean! I am so appreciative to have Integrity urgent care in our neighborhood, I no longer have to drive to Bryan College station tx. You won't be disappointed!
The staff treated me with the utmost respect, very helpful in assisting me to enter my information. The technician did an X-ray and was very careful to not to cause me further pain. The doctor was very thorough with the examine and giving her medical advice. My overall experience was outstanding. I’m glad that the city of Hearne has this business that citizens can rely on in an emergency. Thank you Integrity Urgent Care!
From the front desk to seeing the provider I always get A+ service. Especially with kids they get us back and we don’t have a wait. The front desk receptionist is always pleasant and welcoming making it an easy sign in experience. The MA we had yesterday was so knowledgeable and walked us through everything so we knew what to expect. I can’t recommend them enough.
The staff were friendly and considerate, the facility was clean and the service was remarkable. We were the only people there at the time and didn't have to wait long. The staff was very thoughtful, helpful and kind and the practitioner even went above and beyond to call us and call in needed meds later. They were great with my kids! I highly recommend them.
My daughter and i both went in for an upper respiratory virus. The medical assistant and the provider were very friendly and showed genuine concern. I had to call the next day to change a prescription and the provider called me back and had it switched in less than 20 minutes. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I will definitely use them in the future.
