My experience with your office was amazing. Everyone made me feel safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. The doctor went out of his way to test for things that could potentially affect my health, even when I didn’t specifically ask, which showed how much he truly cared about my wellbeing. Very pleased with the Fast and friendly service! Very easy to make the appointment online and they helped me go through the paperwork, etc., on my phone. The Staff and doctor were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would go back there again.
The staff treated me with the utmost respect, very helpful in assisting me to enter my information. The technician did an X-ray and was very careful to not to cause me further pain. The doctor was very thorough with the examine and giving her medical advice. My overall experience was outstanding. I’m glad that the city of Hearne has this business that citizens can rely on in an emergency. Thank you Integrity Urgent Care!
I highly recommend this facility. Was able to walk in, didn’t need an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and sign in went well. Nurse was very helpful and compassionate. NP/Dr knowledgeable and I felt comfortable talking with about issues. Visit went well and I am glad Hearne has such a great clinic.
I recently visited Integrity Urgent Care in Hearne for my broken foot, and despite my circumstances, I had a great experience. Both Drew and Amy, the providers who helped me, were absolutely wonderful. Drew kept making sure I was informed about the situation and treatment, and Amy was so gentle and kind.
