We had an excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care. Dr. Drew was wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to our concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff provided great customer service, and we were seen quickly. Very pleased with the Fast and friendly service! Very easy to make the appointment online and they helped me go through the paperwork, etc., on my phone. The Staff and doctor were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would go back there again.
My experience with your office was amazing. Everyone made me feel safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. The doctor went out of his way to test for things that could potentially affect my health, even when I didn’t specifically ask, which showed how much he truly cared about my wellbeing. The front desk staff are always courteous and kind. The doctors are attentive when listening to our concerns and are great with my little boy. The treatment is exactly what we need and get the care and medication we need every time. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing quick treatment.
I highly recommend this facility. Was able to walk in, didn’t need an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and sign in went well. Nurse was very helpful and compassionate. NP/Dr knowledgeable and I felt comfortable talking with about issues. Visit went well and I am glad Hearne has such a great clinic.
