The staff treated me with the utmost respect, very helpful in assisting me to enter my information. The technician did an X-ray and was very careful to not to cause me further pain. The doctor was very thorough with the examine and giving her medical advice. My overall experience was outstanding. I’m glad that the city of Hearne has this business that citizens can rely on in an emergency. Thank you Integrity Urgent Care!
From the front desk to seeing the provider I always get A+ service. Especially with kids they get us back and we don’t have a wait. The front desk receptionist is always pleasant and welcoming making it an easy sign in experience. The MA we had yesterday was so knowledgeable and walked us through everything so we knew what to expect. I can’t recommend them enough.
Great experience. The staff is very nice. I was in and out pretty quickly. There was no wait time. Extremely clean! I am so appreciative to have Integrity urgent care in our neighborhood, I no longer have to drive to Bryan College station tx. You won't be disappointed!
Friendly, helpful receptionist. Medical assistant was very nice, gentle and caring. Physician assistant was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Very clean and great service!
Great experience. Went in for a quick visit and it was quick. Would recommend to anyone. Self pay isn’t too pricey even if they don’t take your insurance.
