I recently visited Integrity Urgent Care in Hearne for my broken foot, and despite my circumstances, I had a great experience. Both Drew and Amy, the providers who helped me, were absolutely wonderful. Drew kept making sure I was informed about the situation and treatment, and Amy was so gentle and kind. The staff treated me with the utmost respect, very helpful in assisting me to enter my information. The technician did an X-ray and was very careful to not to cause me further pain. The doctor was very thorough with the examine and giving her medical advice. My overall experience was outstanding. I’m glad that the city of Hearne has this business that citizens can rely on in an emergency. Thank you Integrity Urgent Care!
Great experience. The staff is very nice. I was in and out pretty quickly. There was no wait time. Extremely clean! I am so appreciative to have Integrity urgent care in our neighborhood, I no longer have to drive to Bryan College station tx. You won't be disappointed!
Friendly, fast, convenient, clean. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Immediately felt welcome, and nothing but good things since I walked through the front door. Will absolutely be coming back. My son is a new born, and I didn’t want to wait till my appointment, so it was either Urgent care or ER. With all the sickness going around, I put off going for almost a week due to being afraid of the ER with a 6 week old. I literally thanked god for this location. ♥️
Been there twice. Left feeling as if it was a complete waste of time going. The first time was for severe allergies that I get once a year. Normally I get a steroid and avoid getting severely sick. This place told me they dont do that and told me to suck it up. The second time I went in with what I believe was food poisoning from bad meat. I had severe stomach pain and was told that im fine but if symptoms get worse to go to ER.
