The staff were friendly and considerate, the facility was clean and the service was remarkable. We were the only people there at the time and didn't have to wait long. The staff was very thoughtful, helpful and kind and the practitioner even went above and beyond to call us and call in needed meds later. They were great with my kids! I highly recommend them.
My daughter and i both went in for an upper respiratory virus. The medical assistant and the provider were very friendly and showed genuine concern. I had to call the next day to change a prescription and the provider called me back and had it switched in less than 20 minutes. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I will definitely use them in the future.
Fantastic, Compassionate Staff from reception to clinical treatment is the best way to describe this Integrity Urgent care in Hearne. I made an online appt for 8am Monday and they opened the doors promptly at 8. I filled out my additional paperwork and was seen right away. They took the basic tests. Went in for an earache, the got me in quickly and the staff were friendly and professional, knowledgeable. Had me diagnosed and prescriptions on the way in no time.
The dr and nurses was amazing they heard me out and helped me out and made me feel like a human being with feelings and didn't brush me to the side I recommend them to anyone.
