Very helpful and friendly front office staff (I wish I could remember her name) Nice clean facility. I observed the front office staff sanitizing the check-in area several times during my short wait, including the pens and clipboards. I thought Maria the Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and nice. Overall great experience!!
Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for X-rays to rule out a broken arm. We are cash pay and pricing was more than reasonable. They were not busy so we were in and out relatively quick. I called back Sunday to have some info sent to me and expressed a small concern with pain my daughter was still having. The nurse asked the radiologist to take a 2nd look at the scans to ensure an accurate diagnosis. I thought that was extremely nice of her. First time having to utilize this facility. They were very courteous, the NP gave me complete and detailed information on their diagnosis, check in was streamlined, and their choice of treatment was for immediate relief, as opposed to long-term, as I had an appointment set in March for my health issue, so they chose to treatment minimally in order for my physician to follow through with long-term. Very impressed and grateful.
I was very happy with my recent Saturday visit for an eye injury.. I expected this to be similar to other urgent care centers where I was there for hours, but that was not the case at all. I checked in and was seen within 15 minutes. The person who greeted me was very efficient. Then I was called back and put in a room by a very nice nurse who took my vitals. I saw Maria, the NP.
