I visited the facility on 10-Sept-2025 and had a great experience. Friendly staff greeting, quick and easy check-in. Wait time to go back to visit with the Provider was less than 5 minutes and even less in the exam room. Provider diagnosed my condition, called in my prescription and I was on my way. About as friendly and professional experience as I have ever had at a medical facility. Honestly didn't expect the service I received but glad I did. I will visit again if ever needed.
Excellent care. Online check-in. Fast. I experienced no wait at all. They strive to make it a truly painless and pleasant experience. I Definitely recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.
I cannot say enough good things about this office, staff and providers. I have been cared for so well here! The practitioners listen carefully, discuss your concerns and issues and come up with the best plan to get you feeling better and well again. We are certainly blessed here in Mineral Wells to have such a top-notch urgent care.
"Integrity Urgent Care" has none of the qualities listed in its name. Waiting for over an hour to be seen by the single "tech" working there, who is NOT A LICEN CED PHYSICIAN, is absolutely ridiculous. I have been sent to this facility twice now, due to it being the default choice of my company, and both times the treatment has been sub-par, borderline incompetent. Friendly receptionist, two fantastic nurse practitioners and a quick and accurate diagnosis. If you have to be seen at urgent care, you definitely want to have the positive kind of experience I had. Highly recommend!!!
