I visited this urgent care in Mineral Wells after a friend recommended it to me. He was right. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful , and easy to understand. There wasn’t a long wait before getting to see the doctor. She was very helpful and seemed to care about my problem. Integrity Urgent Care in Mineral Wells is fantastic when care for your family is needed. We were helped at the front by a sweet young lady. She was efficient and kind and you can tell that she cares about what she's doing and about you, the patient.. Excellent care. Online check-in. Fast. I experienced no wait at all. They strive to make it a truly painless and pleasant experience. I Definitely recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.
I visited the facility on 10-Sept-2025 and had a great experience. Friendly staff greeting, quick and easy check-in. Wait time to go back to visit with the Provider was less than 5 minutes and even less in the exam room. Provider diagnosed my condition, called in my prescription and I was on my way. About as friendly and professional experience as I have ever had at a medical facility. Honestly didn't expect the service I received but glad I did. I will visit again if ever needed.
I cannot say enough good things about this office, staff and providers. I have been cared for so well here! The practitioners listen carefully, discuss your concerns and issues and come up with the best plan to get you feeling better and well again. We are certainly blessed here in Mineral Wells to have such a top-notch urgent care.
