RecommendedLove going to this clinic. Everyone is very friendly and really cares about their patients. Have always gotten excellent care and been in and out quickly. Hats off to the receptionists, medical assistants and nurse practitioners. HIGHLY recommend.

First of all… the older front desk lady is going to be the demise of this practice. 🥹 So…. I brought my daughter in for suspected UTI. Was told by NP Stewart that the urine would be sent off for culture and if the Macrobib she prescribed was not sensitive to the bacteria that SHE would call and let me know. That was Monday. I used to think this was a reputable clinic, but not anymore. My last visit, I was given toradol only to find out that it isn’t supposed to be prescribed if already taking meloxicam. I wrote my current medications down on the intake form, but apparently that didn’t matter. When I figured this out and talked to her, she played her mistake off by saying that it’s ok to give one shot with meloxicam but don’t take the meloxicam until the following day. You need to get a better clerk/ receptionist. I came in with my daughter who was not feeling well and was treated so foul. More than likely it was because it was close to closing time. The elderly woman was disrespectful and racist to my daughter and I. I typically love this urgent care clinic, but you need to fire that receptionist/clerk.
