I sincerely can't say enough good things about Intelligent Office and the staff. Our company has used Intelligent Office for 2 years now and we have received excellent service. Since we don't have a receptionist in our office, we use Intelligent Office as our virtual receptionist. When I answer a call from them, I am always greeted with a professional, cheerful voice which means our clients are receive the same professional, cheerful voice as well! We enjoy all of the services that Intelligent Office offers us!

I have been working with Boise Intelligent Office since April 2015. They have helped me build my law firm from a solo at-home practice to a multi-attorney firm with two employees. They are very courteous, take just the right amount of initiative, and are very responsive. Although we have our own office space now, they answer our phones, coordinate conference calls, and receive messages. The team at the Intelligent Office is incredible! They provide quality and professional customer service to everyone. They are very easy work with and have great communication with our staff! The IO team has helped our office immensely by scheduling our patients when we are out of office and we would recommend anyone needing assistance in the office to use them. :)
