Absolutely the best school experience for both the kid and the parents. My older son started last year in the Chinese Toddler classroom. The teacher/student ratio is more than what the State requires. The teachers were so loving, caring for my son who was struggling to get used to the schools at the beginning. We’ve had a truly wonderful experience at IMA Capitol Hill. Both of our children started in the toddler classroom and continued all the way through pre-K, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received. The teachers and staff are exceptionally loving, thoughtful, and intentional in everything they do. Our son attended IMA for over 2 years from ages 1.5 to 3.5. It was a wonderful experience. He loved going to school everyday and seeing his friends and teachers. The staff are uniformly excellent, both as committed educators and loving caretakers. He developed deep connections with the staff and it was painful for us to pull him out of IMA when we had to move out-of-state. We can only hope to find as warm, welcoming, supportive, and educational an environment in the future schools our son attends. Thanks IMA!
We’ve had a great experience with International Montessori School in Capitol Hill. The teachers are kind, patient, and really care about the kids. The school environment is calm and well-organized, and our child feels happy and comfortable there. Communication with the staff has been smooth, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend to families looking for a warm, supportive school.
We love IMA! Supportive staff and beautiful facility. Our toddler has developed many incredible life skills and continues to impress us with his independence.
